ii am so Happy with my custom sofa purchased at Far Below Retail. I highly recommend if you are shopping for furniture to shop here 1st. The owner, Laura is friendly, courteous, professional and made my shopping experience less stressful as she kept me informed during the 5 weeks that it took to make my custom sofa. My sofa was delivered in perfect condition & arrived on time. Overall, my experience with Far Below Retail was exceptional and the furniture selection was unique.
Far Below Retail has an amazing staff. I purchased a red sectional, and Jacob, and Nathan were so helpful as far as answering any questions that I had regarding the color red that I wanted. After the sectional was delivered, it was ripped slightly from the moving company. Misty made sure to have a repair service come out to my house and repair it to my satisfaction. It looks fantastic! Thank you to the staff at Far Below. I would definitely recommend Far Below for any furniture purchases.Thank you!
Please please DO NOT waste your money!! Not only did I receive some of the worst customer service and attitude from the owner, I’ve only had my couch six months and despite not being in any direct sunlight there are severe fabric discoloration all over. The couch looks five years old and they have no attention to detail. The channeling in my seats is completely crooked and the couch was delivered completely different than what we designed in the show room, severely shallower than we agreed. We absolutely hate our couch and already have to buy a new one.
I spent weeks deciding on the perfect couch and where to buy it from. When I ordered here the process was fine. I discussed with Laura the color scheme I specifically wanted, considering I’m dropping thousands of dollars. Actually bought two couches here. The wrong legs were installed and correct ones were promised at a later time. I waited months and months without complaint. But when they arrived, the wrong legs were installed. Now Laura, the same person I spoke with on multiple visits confirming the order, is feigning ignorance and instead is gaslighting me on the situation by pretending the wrong color is my fault. I will never recommend this place or go here again and the entire ordeal is a headache and a regret. It’s not a small thing dropping this amount of money as a college student. She had the audacity to be proud of the fact she paid drivers to come out and fix her error. Was I supposed to pay them again for your mistake?
Furniture is junk. Sofa is made of plastic material and very uncomfortable to sit on. The ground would be easier to sit on. It makes sense why all sales are final as they don't want the junk back either. Be warned of bad furniture and customer service.
My couch turned out stunning! Far Below Retail met every expectation. I customized my couch and they did an amazing job. Their prices were far below other retailers. Deliver was on time and the couch is of superior quality. I couldn’t be happier! Thanks Far Below Retail!
I shopped online and around our county for a month before I discovered Far Below Retail and I will not being buying furniture from anyone else but them. The quality of workmanship, the helpfulness of staff, and the prices cannot be beat. On the furniture I selected, the lowest price I could find elsewhere was still 75% higher - I saved over $10K buying from them. The delivery team was on time, focused, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. We have been living with our new furniture for two months now and I couldn't be happier! We bought a custom made sofa, love seat, and a bedroom set. There was a showroom version of the sofa, there were hundreds of colors and fabrics to choose from, and Dave was so helpful with helping me to decide an awesome combination for my beach/modern minimalist style. Although they did not have a model on the floor of bed I wanted, Dave was very helpful in showing me catalog in store and URL on website for what he thought I might like so then I only had to choose from 3 rather than the thousands that they have - I selected a dark cherry bedroom set of a higher platform bed with matching nightstand and dresser which could have all been bought separately. The bed even has three level touch lights under the bed at your fingertips so you can find your way to bathroom without stumbling in middle of night - sweet! I also had designers I liked for other furniture and Dave said to just let him know who and what pieces and he emailed back the next day with prices for all of them, some less than the advertised price at those designer's own website.
We decided to go the full custom route. Laura was 100% hands on and patient throughout the process. We’ve never made furniture so the details she shared were extremely helpful. Ultimately we got the sectional and it’s exactly what we thought it would and WAYYYY less than a comparable product from WEST ELM or CB2! Thank you so much!!!
Great experience. If u bought something that didn't last it was probably cheap or manufacturings fault,not the seller. You get what you pay for.we bought expensive sold nightstands,a bed frame with lamps.loved loved luvd our experience from beginning to delivery 6 days later after purchasing,incredible. Katie helped us with our ordering process,friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We are definitely returning clients and have been referring all our friends and family.
After ~$3,000 and nearly 6 months of waiting due to their manufacturer issues in Mexico?, the wrong couch legs were finally installed. Replying: "Kind of customizable furniture" or "Bait and Switch furniture" might be a more accurate description.
