Excellent service!! We miss Ms. Sandra...Amanda is Great!! Robin was so helpful!!! helping us find what we needed. Feebee..was willing to order additional night stand for us..to the girls getting our paper work together...to the delivery guy's. We have been with Farmers for years ...the only problem...Our mini refrigerator gift, was not available but on back order..this seems to always be a problem...getting your gift. However, hopefully we will get it...Thank you for providing good service.

The staff are wonderful and do a fantastic job with making sure you are satisfied and merchandise is delivered in a timely fashion…

I am very satisfied with Farmers Furniture Store, the sales staff is very friendly and they listen to you and really help you to make sure you are happy with what you got. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Only thing that was irritating was when I pre approved it said 1500.00 I go in store and they say 750, I picked a couch was not happy with it, went to exchange it found one and was out of stock they pulled some strings and I got my couch will be delivered tomorrow… update they moved my other couch for my daughter so she didn’t have to struggle with it. So far we have had a great experience with them

Clean store great staff and wide selection. Plus Taylor had everything ready when I got there. I only had to pick what I ordered and sign the paper. Very friendly. We have been returning customers for over 8 years. We will keep returning also. The staff knows us by name. Amanda is the best.

They sold us a broken dryer!!! We purchased the insurance on the dryer and everything they've yet to take care of this problem they just say they'll call back yet they never do!!! They're hateful on the phone and threatened to sue instead of just fixing the dryer like we wanted!!! Horrible business with horrible business practices save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else!!!!! This dryer could burn my house down the calls we made with yall were recorded let's go to court!!!

They lied to you too much and they won't put people in jail for no reason at all do a lawsuit on me I don't care anymore

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We bought a mattress and it was defective. So we wanted another one. The store manager was supposed to call me back for two weeks and never did. The associate Amanda was on the phone with me saying she was texting her store manager to call me and she text me instead, telling her I was fussing because she hasn’t called me back. I called corporate. Needless to say the store manager still has not reached out.

I have called twice about problems with the bed I bought. I was told one thing but it was totally different when the bed was brought out. I will call her one more time before they can just come get the bed and give me my money back If you cash money you don’t get the same kind of service as you would if open up an account because they make more.

This is my first time to visit Farmers funiture in Lagrange. I stopped in the parking lot to check out the trailers. I didn't expect to see these at a f_co. Great price. I went inside very good employee invite to look and ask if I was looking for a certain item. I said yes and decribe what I wanted and the space was very small she said come with me. Just what I was looking for. Very good visit. warm and inviting.
