Terrible staff. Wish I could say more but have never in my life dealt with such terrible staff.

I love MD RUSU after years of dealing with a horrible PMD, MD RUSU listen and was able to get to the root of my problems by just listening to me like a person. I now live in Buffalo and still drive to her.

Love Dr. Dallmeyer! She has been our family doctor for over 30 years. Great, down to earth person, very compassionate. My husband, daughter and parents all have been here and are very happy! If you don't want to be a number in a big facility setting, this is a great place to go!

I can't speak to their ability to treat patients from a medical perspective. That said, their office staff is not unresponsive to possible new patients. My wife and I have been trying for weeks to schedule initial appointments. This does give us much comfort in the practice as a whole, we will be looking elsewhere.

Use to be best place to go but the last few years the really don’t have time for there patients.also they use to have dr on call if they weren’t open but they have nothing now if you need help after there closed I was a patient for over 33 years but anymore it got to be there did care what I had to say and they were forever late refilling my insulin script there were time I went over a week without do to thre I competence.

It was my first time going there yesterday and I a Immediately loved it. They make you feel welcome and like family.

If I could give zero stars I would. Constantly dropping the ball with prescription refills and authorizations with no concern for the patient who is I need of the prescription. Did I mention constantly? The lack of follow up on critical issues is pathetic.

The receptionists are beyond incompetent. Utterly unwilling to assist in the smallest of tasks. I'm going through all of this while already sick. Has been a nightmare.

Absolutely amazing doctors and very easy to talk to the secretary staff in the nurse staff definitely go out of their way to make sure that you are taking care of I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible!!!!! Rude! Don't care about your health at all! Never get a call back. My family been here since 2007 now it has gone so bad downhill in last 2 yrs i give up im done!
