Fastlane Carwash - Minot

I have been a loyal customer since they opened, but lately they have not took the time to do a good job. I went through the wash with the Supreme + rain X. When I came out my truck still had bug on the front and the windshield. I will be looking for a new place to spend my money.

The older gentleman spraying off the cars coming into was super friendly, very thorough and took his time and earned the tip I left. The two younger guys drying left my windshield and hood soaked. Much appreciated! 3:18 local

The haunted car wash was a lot of fun and the family enjoyed it a lot. Unfortunately the wash itself wasn't too great. The entire back of my explorer was still dirty and the rims didn't get cleaned at all.

The Halloween event was fun and a creative way to celebrate while practicing Covid safety measures. While waiting in the car line, we saw roughly a dozen actors dressed up in creepy costumes walking among the cars. A clown in a mask came up to our car, and since we had tinted windows, he looked in the back windows. Presumably he was looking for kids to scare, but it was just my husband & I so he shrugged his shoulders & walked away. I was a little worried there would be some jump scares inside the car wash, but when nothing occurred I realized that would be huge safety hazard. Still, the lighting inside seemed a lot darker in some parts & flashier in other parts, so it complemented the spooky ambience outside. A fun Halloween activity with the added bonus of getting a clean car!

I usually love them, but I washed my car before I left town and the machine scratched my car. I didn't notice until I was several miles out of town on my way to Fargoand was filling up with gas. I mentioned it the following day when I got another wash and was told I would have needed to report it that day. I still love their service, but I may need to switch it up to touchless going forward.

Great service and they pre-spray before you go through and wipe down your windows, sides of your vehicle and bumpers. So if you have parking sensors they will work great! They even give you a damp rag to wipe down the inside of your vehicle as you progress through. All year round they wipe the inside of your doors which is great during the winter to prevent your door from freezing shut.

I didn't see any vacuums and the guy at the end of the lane was not very happy to dry my tuck witch made it hard to give a tip. But the wash is amazing its really hard to find a wash that actually gets my truck clean.

Always get through quickly just wish there was outside vacuuming stations to clean the inside also.

Went to fast lane car wash today the guy at the end wearing the realistic face mask. Went above and beyond and to make sure my car was clean. He opened the door and wiped the inside of the door where there was a bunch of mud!! That was greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!!!!!

A good deal if you want a clean car with attention spent on the final out come. Courteous and hard working staff members who pay attention to each vehicle. The lines can be long at times, but that should tell you something. Definitely worth your choice!
