My recent visit to this place was extremely disappointing. I had scheduled an appointment for a vehicle alignment, but upon arriving at the designated time, I was made to wait for a staggering 7 hours. It was only after this extended wait that the service advisor, Melissa, informed me that my car hadn't even been examined by a technician and that I would need to return on another day. Considering I had traveled an hour from my home specifically for this appointment, it was disheartening to see others being attended to before me. This level of disregard for appointment times has left me with no intention of returning to this establishment.

Sean C is phenomenal, we always have a good experience here and it’s the only place we recommend and purchase our vehicles.

My husband and I both traded in our vehicles for newer vehicles here. We loved working with Chris Filler who is a sales rep over there. He was really nice and worked hard to go the extra mile with both me and my husband. Chris was really the only reason we came back and got the vehicles a few weeks after our initial visit. The only issue we had was with the management. The management we talked too was nice, however, at times seemed very patronizing. But, they did give us great recommendations for other financing options in town and overall weren’t terrible. The rest of the people we worked with over there were excellent. Overall the experience was great.

The new restaurant is so much bigger. Our waiter was very attentive and our food came out fast. The tres leches cake was delicious!

I just left the dealership after having Melissa solve my very real problem! My truck wouldn't start at a hotel this morning thanks to the bitter cold and I am on a long road trip. I walked over to the dealership and Melissa was able to organize the courtesy driver and the mechanic to boost my truck which I then brought over. She had a battery installed for a very reasonable price! I can honestly say I don't think I've had such a wonderful experience at a dealership in my life. Melissa is the most pleasant and frankly the most helpful service writer anywhere!!!!!

Cannot recommend enough! I worked with Chris to buy a used vehicle to take back to college and the whole experience was amazing. I had to leave my car for detailing and a new grill install after purchasing and he kept me updated throughout the whole experience. Overall I would recommend this location for their amazing staff, attention to detail, transparency, and customer service when additional services are needed for your vehicle.

First of all, the good. Jake and Austin did a great job in setting things up and making me feel comfortable. But, now the bad. I drove all the way from Beulah, and the numbers looked good before I left. But, then Brock, the sales manager, did a test drive of my vehicle, and cut the trade in by $7,000 of what I was quoted And only valued it at $10,500.. The payment was almost double what I was quoted at $306. When he asked where I got the quote for the trade in, I told him it was from their website. He looked shocked, and they had not even looked at the information I had put in. For the record, I went to a better non-related dealer, and they gave me a trade in value of $14,500. Oddly, same vehicle, too. But, less than $200 payment. Never will recommend this place because of that extremely rude sales manager.

While it's unfortunate your policy dictates no sales from out of state, I have to leave a glaring review for Sydney in sales. I have never dealt with a more pleasant person in vehicle sales from anywhere. Thank you Sydney, I will definitely hit you up if I ever find myself in Minot!

I can't say enough about the Minot Toyota Center these people know exactly what they're doing. Everywhere from the sales floor the service department to the accessory gal summer everything and anything I needed they tried to make happen Leslie out on the service floor stayed on top of things for me all the guys in the service department were very knowledgeable in their jobs and executed their tasks beautifully. Jason the guy who sold me the truck in the first place really cool guy if I had to buy another truck I'd want to buy it from him what can I say about summer that lady is awesome Man she really cares and she'll do whatever she can to make your ride special just for you again I can't say enough about my not Toyota Center I'm really really happy with my truck and my experience there as a whole I definitely recommend my not Toyota Center for your next purchase

Had van cleaned. Staff super friendly and helpful. Detailing personnel go above and beyond!! Have never been disappointed.
