Fat Rosie’s Taco & Tequila Bar is located in south suburban Frankfort, Illinois. We are located at 28 Kansas Street next door to Francesca’s Fortunato in the Wright-Harper Building. House specialties include an array of mouthwatering handmade margaritas & sangrias. Fat Rosie’s joins the Francesca’s Family of Restaurants.
Who is behind Fat Rosie’s? None other than Chicago’s very own, Chef Scott Harris (Founding Partner of Francesca’s Restaurants). Over the last 25 years, Chef Harris has established himself as one of Chicago’s most respected restaurateurs and his restaurant empire continues to grow, winning fans and accolades across the country. Harris has earned a stellar reputation as a chef, business leader & generous contributor to the community.
