Fatface

We have been a customer of Faface when we first found one in Portsmouth NH. No longer will we set foot in the store. Today we went to the one in Lynnfield MA. While waiting in line outside to get in when we got to the door the person letting people in was not wearing a mask. When we asked her to both my wife and I are in our 60s and have health issues please put her mask on she told us she is outside and needs the fresh air. I explained politely that it is the law in Massachusetts that everyone over 5 must wear a mask even if outside... She said she would not. she was 5 feet from us.. not that that matters. When I asked to speak with the manager she said it was her Amanda. We were flabbergasted. She then started talking with a male friend who was also not wearing a mask. She was rude and dismissive. Fatface should explain to their managers that their preference for fresh air does not matter. The health of your customers and complying with the law is more important.

The sales clerk was amazing! She not only helped us with our new apparel but helped us located other things we needed in the area...a real asset to Fst Face

Nice looking store with interesting clothes but the quality is ugh!! These items won't get you through the boys and mires of Scottish highlands.

The store and location are beautiful! I hope that this store stays around as I love shopping here. I do not feel rushed in this store as the staff is very helpful and conversational.

Did not purchase anything, but it's very nice inside and the staff was friendly. Really nice clothes!

Great place. Hit or miss with merchandise. Merchandise well-made high-quality Etc. Try to hit a sale.
