I didn’t read the reviews before going and I’m glad I did not. I can’t speak to anyone else’s experience I can only vouch for mine. The service was excellent!!!! We were out celebrating and the wait staff took excellent care of us. Our server was JackDeshon he was amazing. He was attentive and knowledgeable made recommendations based on what we were looking for. The only drawback was they no longer serve firecracker sticks which is a knock against corporate and nothing to do with this location. Food came out fast hit and delicious. I know some reviews say stay away but me personally I am definitely going back.
Very good food! I love their loaded baked potato soup and sweet Brussels! My husband enjoys the burgers!! Quiet and clean!
The service was great, Christian was on point and always there to help. We ordered a Pot Roast and cheese fries and there were on time and good tasting. Great place, you should visit.
We enjoy eating at Fatz. It's a nice restaurant and the waitresses are very attentive. I had the steak, shrimp and chicken dinner. All the food tasted great. The portions while not enormous were sized well enough that I was satisfied without being stuffed full. Again, the service was very good. Our waitress checked on us at least eight times.
First, service and staff was awesome! My fiancee and I went here last night prices are very reasonable. We got the fried green tomato appetizer. It was hands down unbelievable. I never would think to serve fried green tomatoes over cheese grits. I was happy. I would love it if they turned this dish into an entree maybe add fried shrimp. We both enjoyed our dinner. I really enjoyed the grilled BBQ chicken topped with ham and bacon plus got broccoli casserole. We will be going back.

Went with my family for my birthday today and was very disappointed in our entire dining experience! Took over 30 minutes to be seated then took a very long time for the waitress to come greet us. We ordered and they brought out appetizers on the house for the wait then began bringing our food. Everyone got their food but my brother in law and it never came, even after we asked about it. After getting the checks we asked that his meal be taken off the ticket, we paid and left. He was there 2hrs and never even got a meal! Fatz used to be a great place to eat but we will not be back until they get better management and service!
Was just here tonight...& Haven't been in awhile. Pulled in at 8:53they close at 10 weekdays REALLY ENJOYED. The food was good, not great...but definitely good. 2 if us. Only had meals & drinks. Ribs & shrimp on one plate; blue burger for the other....both good. ALSO had a take away. Didn't check prior to leaving. They put the alfredo sauce on the salmon instead of on the side, but my son liked it just the same. Service tonight was great. She was wonderful to chat with & didnt miss a step not to say everyone doesn't have off days: thanks Sam.... Great job y'all
The new booths and redesign of the restaurant is very nice although the lowering of the height of the booth backs takes away a little of the privacy. The baby back ribs were outstanding! They were so well done and so flavorful they practically fell off the bone anto your on their own. The coleslaw had very little flavor but everything else was excellent including the service.
We have been here twice so far and both times it has been amazing! The food is seasoned very well and the portions are more than generous. The service is always friendly and prompt. We will be making this a regular stop.
