I ordered food for delivery and didn’t receive everything in my order. So I decided to drive to the establishment to have them make right by the order. Instead of actively listening, they wanted to argue that they never received the order. When we had the receipt, half of the order, and a confirmation that this was the exact location. Instead of one person communicating 3 employees attempted to speak over each other. We left the food there and had to request a refund. I’m unsure if they are incompetent or simply do not care about their customers but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They should simply hire better people
This location is lazy toward closing. They 'run out' of food 45 minutes before closing. They turn off all their outside signs/lights 45 minutes before closing to deter business. They wash & pack up their kitchen utensils 45 minutes before closing. And it's not as if the business level is dead; customers are sitting in the lobby & walking in. I've been a regular over the last 4+ months because I'm living in a hotel. I place the same order every week, requesting that my chicken be cut up into small bite-size pieces. How do you know I don't have a child I'm feeding? Parker ran his catty mouth telling me how hotels provide cutlery instead of doing his job of customer service to oblige my request. You try cutting chicken with a plastic knife in a styrofoam container. Is it really that much of problem to take an extra minute to cut the chicken for me? I shouldn't have to explain my request; it should just be obliged because I'm the customer - period. THIS IS NOT HOW TO DO BUSINESS.
The food was really good everything looks fresh in the steam table. We are from middle east everytime we come the manager name Lita really impressed us when she start speaking Arabic with us. She is so friendly and very helpful. We come to eat with my family once a week. I highly recommend this place one of the best.Recommended dishesChicken Egg Roll, Bigger Plate, Mushroom Chicken, Fried Rice, Broccoli Beef, Orange Chicken, Honey Walnut Shrimp Lo Mein and Teriyaki Chicken, Chow MeinParking spacePlenty of parking
This is my first time here and I will never come back. Food was beyond terrible. Rice was bad. Beef and broccoli was all broccoli. Chicken had little pieces and were so hard it hurt to bite them. Spring roll was soggy and overall a bad dining experience.
Food was semi- fresh I noticed workers waiting until the entrees were complete gone before requesting more. The lady who helped us manage to get my order was because she was more focused on the way we pronounce things rather then paying attention to the order Food: 5/5
Just want to say Fernando was very polite and attentive. Not only he was professional but he took time to make sure I had everything right. Don’t run across good customer service often so this was a blessing. Keep up the good work!
This was by far the best Panda Express I've ever been to. The employees work really hard and are very courteous. The place is well kept up and clean. The food is delicious!
Typical Panda Express restaurant located in the corner of a large shopping center. The parking lot can be tricky to get in and out of, but nothing too difficult. Just be aware that the entrance and exit are narrow and the parking lot does not connect to the other lots of the shopping area. One of the entrances is a one way.Food: 5/5
Went through the drive thru and ordered two plates- 2 double orange chicken with chow mein noodles, a small sweet tea and an order of cream cheese rangoons I was told they only had enough orange chicken for one plate and no more sweet tea made Cool, okay So I order different entrees for the other plate and no drink which I was fine with She tells me to pull up and when I get to the window, she tells me they have only 2 rangoons instead of 3 but I just had it removed from the order which I was fine with She cancels it and tells me my total: $10 and some change which I thought was super low for 2 plates and was confused She hands me my bag and it’s only one plate in the bag and hands me my receipt, tells me to have a good night and closes the window. I look at everything and obviously see I’m missing a plate I sit at the window and no more eye contact was made from the staff and no one answered the window I had things to do, tired from a long day at work and didn’t have time to walk in to talk about it but was super disappointed as one meal was left out Just really disappointed at the customer service tonight- order was not repeated at the window, everything seemed rushed, no assistance was offered when I sat at the window to try and talk about my order not being complete Food was eh- not really hot but not really cold You can tell we got the bottom of the pan of noodles- super small pieces and did not get our $$ worth chicken was placed in the upper bottom corner where the noodles should have been so we did not get a good amount of noodles- the picture does not do it justice it was such a little amount I would recommend going somewhere else if it’s any time past 7pm instead of coming to this location
Was disappointed in the locations food. The noodles seemed to be more vegetable than noodles and didn't taste fresh. Paid the premium price for the shrimp as normal, but seemed like the portion size has been decreased again to even less. Son got a couple different types of chicken and neither of those tasted fresh either. There are plenty of other places better in the area to go eat and unless your just on the mood or a pinch for a place to eat I'd recommend trying something else nearby.
