I found the staff to be very friendly. Dr.Nadarajah took his time explaining everything to me. The only problem I had was the wait, I was there for 3 hours even though I was called to come in early because there were cancelations.

So unhappy with the way we were treated here. Multiple times their injection hours were either changed or canceled without a phone call to let patients know. We were told “there are signs on the door”. How can someone see the signs if they haven’t come to the office? So they should drive there and see the signs and then they will know? No real patient consideration at all. And honestly questionable practices all around.

Starting treatment here was one of the best decisions I have made in my life. Chronic sinusitis due to severe allergies had become crippling over time, and now my symptoms are improving without invasive measures.

There is no personalization to the patient, their situation or needs. You will go to several appts where the dr will say you need allergy shots. At these appointments the dr sticks a camera up your nose. After 2-3 times I asked if I agreed to the allergy shots could the camera be every other time as the charges were piling up. They will bill you $200+ Each time the camera is used and you will be tested and then set up for allergy shots. I had a bad infection and needed steroids and an antibiotic. But The Dr did not want to treat these more acute things. Just do the  allergy shots as I’m reading from other reviews are more profitable. I ended up coming home and doing one of those OTC ear rinses and a black ball of wax came out and was causing the infection and discomfort. If only someone had a camera of some type that they could have seen that ??? Lol. and to top it off you’ll then get a letter that you’ve been discharged because you didn’t pay all the excessive charges insurance wouldn’t cover for the camera within a wk

Didn’t help any so cancelled my third appointment in plenty of time and wrote me a letter saying I was suspended for 6 months wasn’t going to go back anyhow. He talked too fast he seemed narcissistic every time I went to him I’ll never go back. I was on antibiotics for six months and they didn’t help anyhow.

I was involved in a side-by-side accident on July 4th. I attempted to schedule an appointment for a possible torn eardrum "as soon as possible" July 5th, which was the advice given to me from the Uniontown ER doctor. Upon calling and attempting to schedule an appointment the lady who greeted me on the phone never told me her name and proceeded to tell me the first available appointment was July 18th. After telling her again that I had been in an accident and needed to be seen "as soon as possible" she insisted that the at the earliest I could see the doctor was July 18th. On the website they advertise "Same Day Appointments." I believe they should either remove that statement from their website or change it to something more fitting like "Same MONTH Appointments!" I am very disappointed with this office and will NEVER attempt to go to them again. Instead I am going to Morgantown ENT where they actually understand the severity of my situation.

Had some hearing issues and needed my ears cleaned after a simple hearing test, apparently they couldn't do it here despite being a "specialist" in the field . I was redirected to Med Express. Would have saved me time and money if I would have just went there first.

Receptionist is very rude,  don't think I want to be treated like that by the front desk girl,  looking at the reviews,  seems to be a big problem for this place.  God help them...

My daughter has severe allergies and a chronic sinus infection which were misdiagnosed by her PCP. After only a few weeks of seeing the doctor she was already 90% better! I would definitely recommend this doctor!

Would not recommend , no such thing as a same day appt . More like a month appointment . If your in any kind of real pain . Go somewhere else .
