Just tried to call these people for CT”s, woman was rude asking me for authorization numbers an because I could not locate them on the script’s got rude an told me now I, have to have doctor fax them in. Done with “little ruby” an Uniontown hospital. Rudeness from there phone people!!!!
I had to have pre- surgical tests done and chose this location since it is close to home. Big mistake. I've had a good experience here prior to this one. To make a long story short it took two weeks, 4 phone calls from me, and several from the medical assistants from my surgeon's office to get the results over to my surgeon. They nearly had to Cancel my surgery as they couldn't do the surgery without the results. Most of the people I dealt with on the phone were either rude or not interested in doing their job. Top that off with only being open until 2pm and that's the last time I'll be going here. I recommend that anyone needing testing done stays away.
I'm not one to give feedback nor am I one to get upset over little things. I got here this morning at 7:15 after waiting 10 mins I get called to registration where the employee was rude and condescending. Then 5 mins later I get called to xray where the guys were outstanding, no complaints there. They then walk me out to labs where there were only 2 patients before me, they get called and leave, another guy comes and gets called before. I waited for a half hour,alone, til someone finally realized I was sitting out there. Then the employee who did my labs must've been rushing cause as she was drawing my blood, my own blood somehow splashed onto my hand and she did nothing about it.
I have had the worst experience with this place since April. My father has to have blood tests done weekly sometimes twice a week for his blood thinners. They have done everything from sending his results to the wrong Dr to having me call 10 different numbers for ppl that "know the new system" to try to find out where they sent my dad's results to the lastest not even doing the correct blood work! On Tuesday, my Dad and I sat there for almost 3 hours just to get him registered to have them not do a simple INR draw! U know like the amount of blood thinner in his blood isn't that important or anything. I swear on everything I love I will never go back there!
This place is a JOKE anymore. Can't keep testing dates straight between doctors office and patients. The wait time is astronomical always. Waiting room constantly full, line out the door. Your in the middle of a pandemic, people are to social distance please tell me how this is helping. Done dealing with them, Children's Hospital from here on out. Don't play when it comes to someone's life.
Took my son for a sonogram on his stomach. After waiting over 30 mins I spoke to registration n they claimed we were next. Well after another 30 mins of not being called upon and the waiting room going from full to empty we walked out. This is ridiculous! I am beyond mad right now!
They are always friendly with fast and easy service! My only complaint is that they didn't tell us they didn't let young kids in while you are in an ultrasound until the last minute and my husband had to miss it.
This was so much more accommodating when it was Uniontown Hospital. How are people that work for a living supposed to come before 2pm if they have to be at work very early. This is so inconvenient.
A nice modern facility with plenty of handicap parking spaces right up front close the door. The staff is very friendly yet very professional. They seem to be able to do just about any lab or imaging function. This place is set up to do a high volume of people so on most days they are able to get you on your way fairly quickly. I prefer this facility to all others in the area.
Had bloodwork done at this location, and my doctor never received results. I tried calling this place, and spoke with the operator who transferred me. Was transferred to a voice recorder that I couldn't understand, and barely could hear it. This is frustrating.
