Our first time visiting one of these locations. We were in town on vacation so stopped in for dinner. The employees were very helpful and friendly and the restaurant was clean, including the restrooms. They bring your food to the table and it is served in real dishes, not disposable which I really liked. Fresh and hot, it was delicious. My husband would of preferred more sauce on his spaghetti and meatballs, but he said it was good overall. I had the lasagna, and it was very good. Kid-friendliness: Kid portions
I love Edna. It seems every time I come to Fazoli’s Edna is working and takes my order. She is always so kind and has a smile on her face.Food: 5/5
Ordered a baked spaghetti with two extra breadsticks through the drive-through. When we got home, we had a slice of pizza and two breadsticks. I called the manager at the store, his name is Chris, said that we would have to come back and pick it up even though their website says they deliver, he said they do not unless we want to do door dash! Never said I’m so sorry that happened, didn’t even say thank you for driving all the way back to pick up your order you should have gotten the first time! And then ended up hanging up without even saying goodbye. Very rude. Won’t be back.
I always enjoy Fazoli's when I am in a location where they have one. It's kind of a fast food Italian. Prices are average and the food is good. Just remember this is not a fancy Italian restaurant. 08/29/19 I was in Owensboro KY again and I had to drop in to Fazoli's again. Still a great place to pick up some spaghetti and those wonderful bread sticks. Yum!
I haven't been there for a while and there are quite a bit of changes, but I adjusted. It's as good as ever, food-wise, and I loved that they are an equal opportunity employer! Kudos to Fazoli's! You hit it out of the ballpark again!!Food: 5/5

Service excellent. I walked in and i was enthusiastically greeted by the two people at the counter. I ordered the lunch special, which was $5.35. That price includes two main courses, which anywhere else, one piece would be enough for a meal. The price also includes 2 bread sticks, and a refillable small drink which was my choice of a Coke product. The food and the service both were outstanding. The value for the food alone was unbeatable. If you are in Owensboro KY and wanted something other than a burger for lunch, this should be at the top of the list.
Edna case was amazing!!! She always has a smile anytime i go in this restaurant and very courteous! Always willing to help a customer with a smile. She is a great asset to the restaurant because even if you are in a bad mood, seeing this lady and her positive attitude will put a smile on your face!!!
