Fedex Ground Morton

Delivered my computer to the wrong address. I don’t blame the driver because he was nice about it and admitted his mistake when he contacted me. When I contacted the actual FedEx site I asked if they could go get it they said they’d get around to it within 48 hours. Apparently they were unable to get the location of where I dropped it off till after the weekend but when I called Monday they just gave me it immediately. So it didn’t make a lot of sense to make me wait almost 4 days to tell me the location because now the person won’t even give me the package.

I had some issues with getting my delivery rerouted to a place I could pick it up. In fact, after the second attempt for the seller to reroute it, my order got packed into a truck to go back to the seller. After calling FedEx customer service, they put me in touch with Beth, who actually worked at the facility. She could've just told me it was already on a truck and she couldn't do anything, but instead she found it in the truck, pulled it out, and kept it for me to pick up. She even stayed past closing hours so I could get it. Thanks so much, Beth. You truly went above and beyond.

Multiple packages not delivered, saying attempted delivery, but cameras prove that's a lie over and over. Really wish they would get their s*** together. Tired of picking up packages at their warehouse.

I ordered a Walmart item on January 21, still don't have it. FedEx received it in Charlotte NC. On January 22. Still don't have it. Was still there till on 4:50am. Got to Illinois at 4:04pm January 31. I told Walmart January 30 about not receiving it. Funny that it headed to delivery after I told Walmart.

Been waiting for over a week for my packages. Keeps delaying my delivery till the next day. Can't talk to a real person, Keeps getting automatic voices. It's getting really frustrating because they were chri gifts..I really dislike this company

I have been waiting 2 days for a package I need to sign for. Two days in a row they attempted to deliver to a fed ex in Morton IL stating business closed and did an exception. 2nd day of work missed and I look up the address that shows this location is closed Monday and Tuesday. Why would they try to deliver 2 days in a row to a closed fedex business? I was told by customer service yesterday it was on a truck and would be here. NOPE! I don't live in Morton!

For a company that has such bad reviews you would think they would staff accordingly and try to fix their reputation but they cut their workers every day to keep their labor down. They keep hiring and send their people home after 2 hrs. Like gas isn't 5 dollars a gallon almost. makes sense to waste others money for your own benefits. Highly recommend no one try to work at this fed ex

I'm in wheelchair an live alone driver's are always helpful with bringing packages in the door for me, enjoy the service they provide

Constantly delivering my packages to the wrong house. I have called all the businesses I order from and try to persuade them not to use Fed Ex. Let's all do our part to exterminate this evil beast within our lifetimes. A company this uncaring should become extinct.

I've give a zero star if allowed. Their driver knew what my package was and stole it. Said they delivered at 138pm. POS took my boat blind
