Going in and picking up was fine. I have no problems there. What I do have a problem with is when I'm waiting on a much needed new gateway box for my Internet, and it gets delayed an extra 2 days because the driver apparently had a hard time finding my apartment. So he just decided to give up and send it back to the facility. Hence why I even had to go in, in the first place. Got me out here wasting gas, doing their job
The guy at the front counter was grumpy and still was wearing a mask. You think you would put a happy person as the face of the place. Still worked out just fine. Got my package and I was on my way. Nice and easy.
Don't send FedEx First Overnight unless your destination opens at 6am. FedEx proceeds to reattempt at the same early time and your recipient's preference means nothing. Then you visit this place south of Crites Field in Waukesha to pick up your package.
Shipped package overnight and its still not there 4 days later. Even had the employee do everything so it was done correctly. Very unreliable.
Was expecting overnight phone replacement from Verizon as my 6 week old purchased new Samsung Galaxy S23 phone stopped working. Waiting all day to receive it via FedEx and when I checked the status using the tracking number it showed delivered. Unfortunately the picture showed it was not my residence. WHO KNOWS who actually received it as it did not show an address. Now I have to wait 4 more days to receive it because of Memorial Day. FEDEX SUCKS.

Don’t bother bringing ground packages here they will sit for over a day even though they say last pickup is 6pm have brought packages here several time well before 6pm and they sit there for over 24 hours before being picked up finally waste of time
Great customer service while in the shipping center. Not losing our packages, not so much.
ok, If there were maybe in the business of chaos, and Incompetence, instead of the much simpler business of locating and distributing pre marked packages.....
Just received the BEST customer service from Michael. Sam's Club botched a flower order and told me I could pick it up at this location "now." Unfortunately when I got there my package was 8th in line for being pulled from the 1900 packages being sorted and several hours away from being ready for pickup. Michael very generously said he would take a quick look to see if he could find the package - and he did! So happy that I have my flowers in time for a special event this evening. Amazing to get this level of service with how overworked the employees must be.
