Your Kinex rep Melissa delivered my equipment. She called a couple times beforehand to update me on her arrival time which I greatly appreciated. She was courteous, friendly and personable, and also very patient with my questions. In fact, she seemed to welcome and encourage questions to make certain I understood how to use the machines. Thank you, Melissa.
Amanda and Ashley kept me updated on delivery time and were excellent with the set up of a CPM machine. Explained things thoroughly and answered numerous questions not only about the machine but times of usage and helped with an ice machine that was already here. I’m very impressed with this company. This was all for a friend that had had knee replacement surgery.

Excellent experience with an informed, trained, personable, patient, Kinex Representative. My wife and I were successfully trained to operate a continuous motion chair, a cold compression therapy device and 2 DVT units. We could not be more pleased with our experience. I had a total left knee replacement 2 months ago & my surgeon ordered the Thermocomp cold therapy system for me postoperatively. The representative who delivered the equipment did not thoroughly explain the use of the equipment & when it did not work properly I called the 800 number for service. They sent out the same person who delivered it & when he turned it on & it worked he immediately had an attitude of annoyance! The machine itself only cooled to 43 degrees & as a result I only used it 3 times & then used the Aircast cold therapy system which I had from a previous surgery which worked 100 per cent better. I recently received a bill for $100 which I was told about upfront however considering I didn't use it because it would not get cold & the rude service by the representative I spoke to a supervisor in hopes of not having to pay the bill. Unfortunately I was told because it had been opened the rep opened it the day he delivered it prior to my surgery I would have to pay the $100. I definitely would not recommend this company or their cold therapy system & have voiced my experience to my surgeon whom I hope after she looks into it will no longer recommend it for her patients!
We are very pleased with the equipment and the service we received. Our representative Melissa was wonderful! She took great care in setting up the equipment and making sure we were comfortable using it. Kudos!
Becky was a very helpful and knowledgeable about your equipment. She worked with me a lot with insurance stuff and getting it dropped off and showing me how to use it. She was friendly kind and courteous the whole time. Thank you Becky for easing my mind a little before surgery.
I appreciated getting to utilize the knee cpm and ice machine following my total knee arthroplasty. The daily use of this equipment allowed me to recover faster than not having it to use. My Kinex representative was Taylor Caffrey. She couldn’t have been any more professional or dependable. She returned my calls in a timely manner, showed up at the scheduled times, and kept me me apprised of her arrival status. Kinex is very fortunate to have an employee like Taylor.
I'm scheduled for a rotator cuff surgery and my KINEK representative was given a few hours notice to deliver my equipment. He Eric Brostrom contacted me and introduced himself and said that he would arrive in 45 minutes. He arrived on-time and went through all my equipment and didn't leave until I was comfortable. He was professional, personable and patience. He reassured me that he was only a phone call away if I had any questions. I would highly recommend him!!! He is an comfort to a already anxious experience.
I’ve used them twice in the last year for hip cpm and couldn’t be more positive. The machine helps so much more than I imagined, and my rep Toby got me measured and set up perfectly each time. The company is responsive and courteous on the phone. Their billing department will work with you if your insurance is playing games and refusing claims. Much appreciated. Thank you!
