Bought a day pass to use while I was waiting for an appointment. Awesome gym with all of the amenities! Great options for both the hard core lifter and cardio machine enthusiast! Nice clean locker rooms with an added perk of a sauna room and towels provided. If I was a resident of Grand Island, I would definitely be a member!
I would discourage anyone from joining this gym! I called to cancel my membership, just three days after it was automatically renewed, and they said that not only could I NOT get a pro-rated refund, but that I would be charged for the following month as well; apprently you have to give them a 30-day notice, and they have no room for extenuating circumstances. The other disconcerting aspect is that they were all-too-happy to cancel my membership, taking no interest whatsoever in why I was doing so. Another thing to make people aware of, with regards to their personal trainers, you will be charged even if you cannot make the session and call them ahead of time to reschedule I called almost two hours ahead, and never even got a call back from my trainer, yet am being charged. The bottom line is that communication and care for the patron by Feel Fit leaves a lot to be desired.
I've visited numerous fitness centers across the country over the years, and I can confidently say that Feel Fit is one of the best gyms I've worked out at. The management is very professional and courteous, and does a lot of charitable work for military veterans which is commendable. Highly recommended!
Great equipment, has everything I’m looking for in a gym. Always clean and friendly environment. Really love the app, can check in easily by scanning my pass on my phone, and signing up for classes on the app. Amazing gym!
This gym can't be beat! The staff and customer service is amazing. The apparel is slick and comfy. With all the different classes and machines, there is something for everyone! There are no judgements at this gym either! I always look forward to coming back home to stop at Feel Fit!
Never thought I'd say that I enjoy being a member of a gym, but I can definitely say that about this place. Staff is friendly and welcoming, and the place is always clean. The equipment is well maintained with sufficient numbers so that I rarely have to wait too long to use anything. Great bonus features, too....an app that coordinates with certain equipment to automatically log your work and help you attain your goals, and personal TVs on the Treadmills and bikes so you can watch and hear what you want to watch, not some pre-selected arrangement of channels with no sound. And hey, I'm not there to watch TV, but it does make the workout a bit more enjoyable. Thank you Cody and staff for making this a great place to work towards a healthier lifestyle.
Best gym in Grand Island! Lots of equipment, a wide variety of classes, smoothie bar, sauna, beautiful locker room/shower facilities, supplements.... I've met some great people here throughout my fitness journey. It's my home away from home. Thank you, Feel Fit, for providing an excellent health club!
I’ve lived in Nebraska for a few years now, I moved here from Georgia. I’ve struggled to find a gym I really enjoy and have tried so many throughout the years. I finally found Feel Fit and have found the perfect gym for me! It is the best gym I’ve seen here in Nebraska. All equipment is new, staff is super nice and helpful, has every piece of equipment you’d need for a workout. Very clean. This place may not be that big, but it is enough to get you big.
Feel Fit has been welcoming to me since the day I walked in! The facilities have been clean, including the showers and locker rooms! As a woman, I’ve always felt comfortable working out there and the staff really does make you feel like family! Would highly recommend a stop every time you’re in town!
Easiest review ever. Go here, get the shape you want to be in or return to, any time, any day, 24x365. Great facilities, equipment and owners. There's a reason they have been voted best of Grand Island every year since opening.
