Fern Park is good for children who are tactile sensitive and don't like the feeling of overcrowded folks around. The park has not much to do it has just a basic playground that needs to be updated. I wouldn't recommend Fern Park to chill on a Sunday afternoon only do to lack of access to restroom. There you have it folks you can make your own decision whether to chill or not at fern Park.
Great safe park, very clean, playground is nice. Lots of grass but only 1 picnic table. Tree cover is moderate but mostly at the edges of the park.
Small community park next to a church. I love to bring my son here to interact with other small kids. Simple park in the beautiful city of Upland.

It's nice , how ever there's a hole in the fence line next to the playground. Keep a close eye on your kids here. I do believe transients live back there.
