Fero Funeral Home With Crematory

The personnel and services at Fero exceeded our expectations. The staff allowed us to select the options we wanted, did not push products we didn't desire and listened to our requests. The one-day service was perfect for our family. The facility is setup more like a banquet dinner than a traditional funeral service. Having the reception in the same building made the event more friendly for all, allowing us to spend time talking. Food was tasty and appropriate. Throughout, the staff was attentive, easy to reach and comforting. Details such as media projection, music, military and religious services were handled smoothly. I do recommend this group for their professionalism.

Fero Funeral Home assisted with my mother's funeral. Kindness and caring was given every step of the way. We were extremely pleased with the services we received.

Everyone were very friendly and professional. They made it easy for my family. They did exactly what we needed, walked us through the entire process day by day. Two weeks after, they called to make sure that we are doing well. The services and commitment to us were excellent.

FERO is the worst cemetary...think twice before you choose them to care for your loved ones final resting place. Terrible upkeep of the grounds, so disrespectful! I have complained numerous times and provided photos of the lack of care and concern for the grounds. Grass not mowed, overgrown weeds, items broken, vases/flowers misplaced onto others gravesites, dead funeralarrangements never removed timely . I have literally had to pull weeds and cut grass around my parents plot by hand. I have photos and video that I will be taking further with management and ownership. You pay tens of thousands of dollars if not more in hopes those you love are placed in a beautiful setting, one you find peace in visiting which is NOT the case here. If at all possible AVOID FERO CEMETARY!!!!

Mom pre-paid for her funeral arrangements in 1997., she went home to be with Jesus on March 20, 2023. From the first call to the funeral home to inquire about the process and what takes place being her body was 80 miles away I was told they would come pick her body up as part of the services. Funeral Director Greg was full of professionalism and compassion, this was to be a small gathering of 13 family members with 5 being from out of state. We had to coordinate the timing with Greg to have services 5 days later upon our request. Greg worked with my brother and I over the phone to make this an effortless and stress-free experience. Yesterday we held the unveiling of the memorial stone for my husband. Fero handled both the funeral and the unveiling. Our whole extended family feels like we are in good hands with Fero. The stone is absolutely beautiful and everything went smooth as silk. Thank you to everyone on the Fero team.

We had my mom's services here and we couldn't have been happier with how things turned out. Greg, Christopher, and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and compassionate throughout the process. They went above and beyond with all the additional requests that we made. It was a difficult time but they really did make it easier for us to cope.

Dad looked very drawn at the time of his passing and even for the few months prior to his passing. In his casket he looked like his normal self when he was healthy. Many kudos to the team there. In addition the atmosphere created by the funeral home in the celebration of life center was like no other funeral I have attended. They provided an exceptional experience at a very difficult time.

Everyone there went over and above to make everything perfect for my father’s final arrangements, including a memorial at their beautiful facility.
