Ale House Holdings LLC, owner of Capital Ale House is excited to announce the addition of a new concept to our restaurant company. Fest will be a small footprint restaurant and bier garden which will feature sausages, sandwiches and other fare served with European and American craft beers and wine. Located in the Woodlake Commons Shopping Center at 7044 Woodlake Commons Loop, Midlothian, VA 23112 this new restaurant will provide the Hull Street Road corridor a relaxing place to enjoy classic and local artisanal sausages, sandwiches and salads with beer and wine in a friendly beer garden atmosphere.
Some restaurant features will be the large outdoor bier garden dining as well as indoor seating and bar.
The menu will include Fest brand sausages, specially created by our partner bucher, in addition, locally made classic and artisanal sausages served on platters or sandwich style. Unique cheeses, charcuterie platters, and the famous giant Bavarian pretzel will also be available at Fest. All of these fantastic options can be paired and packaged for you to create your own custom sausage feast at home!
“Sausage will be our specialty concept at Fest but we will be serving an assortment of salads and other light fare for all to enjoy” -Matt Simmons
You can’t have sausage without beer! Fest will pour local Virginia craft beers, plus, German, Polish and other European brews. These will all be available in a variety of sizes, even a 1 liter stein! Fest will also have wine, draught root beer, and other premium non-alcoholic beverages.
Fest will be a great addition to the Hull Street Road area as a place to meet family and friends for lunch, dinner or a late-night snack. The Fest staff will be a friendly, attentive and interactive crew well-trained in all things sausage and beer.
“It’s right on the way home for the thousands of people who live in Woodlake, Hampton Park, the three fox neighborhoods of Fox Croft, Creek, and Fire, Magnolia Green and the many other neighborhoods in the area” say owner Matt Simmons.
Partner Chris Holder states “I’m excited about how vibrant and friendly the atmosphere will be. The locals will find this to be a fun, casual place on Hull Street that is locally owned and not a big chain”.
