10/27/22 UPDATE! After reviewing my review, Cracker Barrel sent me a nice letter and a coupon for a complementary meal. I will be going back. I have eaten in at this location before and the food has been much better. I ordered take out on 10/9. The picture says it all. Dried out greens, burnt top biscuits, dry meatloaf and the mashed potatoes were so hard and dry that my fork could stand up in them. The apples were good.
I had Mama’s Pancake Breakfast! It was delicious and the bacon was so tasty. I may go order some to take home. My friend had pecan pancakes and they were delicious so I made a second order.
Grilled Catfish was awesome! Cream cheese stuffed pancakes, same, okra was really good as well. The burger was rock star good! Service was extraordinarily slow. The server couldn't seem to get ahead of what our needs were. We had to ask for silverware.... after she brought our food and lefts us there without a means to eat or food with. My wife and I have both worked restaurants and were accustomed to asking certain things, such as, when you have a customer ordering rolls, biscuits and such "would you like jelly or butter". This young lady would leave your food and go without asking these kinds of things and just go before you realized she hadn't thought to ask. I don't know if that's poor training, which puts the slow, relatively inadequate customer service on corporate or if it's just another side affect of the aftermath of covid...... good help is really hard to find. Our server was a Sweet heart, very polite, just really lacking in anticipating the potential needs or wants of her customers.
I gave 4 stars due to the fact that we were seated at a table where no waitress was assigned. Sat there for a good 15 minutes before we finally stopped and asked a waitress that was walking by if she knew who was assigned the table. She said she wasn't sure but she did take care of us. Later asked the waitress if the table was hers. She stated no so that went a long way to us and for her to take care of us even though it wasn't her table. For that very grateful for her as it was already a rough day. Waitress was obviously absolutely amazing, food was great as usual. Thank you again to the kind waitress which now I wish I got her name. Amazing food came out really hot and fresh except for the turnip greens but they took it back and got fresh greens that burned your mouth lol we had a new waiter her name is Rachel Y and she was so amazing so sweet and went out of her way for us Vegetarian options: There is a lot of options for vegetarians and always comes out hot Kid-friendliness: Employees are always so kind to kids and a great selection of food the kids will love Parking: A really decent parking lot Wheelchair accessibility: My mom is in a wheelchair and she says it's depends on the place you sit some places is really tight

I placed an order through a delivery service. I had a problem previously so I contacted the restaurant and spoke to the manager "Cody" My order was correct, the Chicken fried chicken I ordered was very fresh and juicy and all of the sides were very fresh and tasty. It would be very helpful if your restaurant would add a comments, special instructions or additional information box when ordering on a delivery app. I called the location after placing my order because one of the sides is not available as a choice on the app. This addition to the delivery app would help to eliminate some such future calls after placing an order online through such delivery apps.
Amazing customer service!! Friendly staff! Excellent food and so inviting feels cozy. Definitely loved the iced coffee If you like the coffee taste not too sweet and it just looks pretty: Beautiful shop with tons of great home decor clothes and handbags Kid-friendliness: They have games on the table and offer a color sheet and crayons. They also have tons of candy and toys in the gift shop area : Tons of great kid- friendly food options
Quoted a 45 minute wait for a party of 3 at 9:30 AM. 30 minutes into the wait with a full lobby of people I notice that the dining room is half empty. I understand being short staffed but come on? What a horrible message to send to the guests. We never come here for this reason. Too many other restaurants on the block to choose from. 55 minutes later we go to our table only to wait another 10 minutes for a server. 50 minutes for our food to arrive after placing our order. Never again.
I have always loved Cracker Barrell. For the last 4 years I've ordered their family meal for Easter, Thanksgiving or Christmas and sometimes all three in the same year. But last year the order got messed up however I just let it go. Then the last three orders we've just picked up for dinner have been messed up. I don't normally leave bad reviews but with the high price of everything these days tonight I got really upset. I ordered the turkey dinner and my husband ordered chicken tenders. I didn't get any gravy on my dressing and turkey or potatoes as requested. No corn as requested either. My husband only got apples. No second side of slaw he requested. This is unacceptable. We always leave a 20% tip too. I'm tired of paying for food and a good tip and not getting the food and getting bad service. It's heartbreaking.
