Did some back to school shopping at Target this afternoon. Ample parking outside and we found a spot within walking distance to the store. Combo trip as I was picking up school supplies we purchased online and a few other items that did not make it in the cart the first time. Staff were super helpful and line to check out was under 5 minutes in duration. Plenty of items to choose from and the appearance of the store was clean and welcoming.
I love Target!! From its amazing and kind customer service, cleanliness, organization..and coffee. I get a calmness I need to shop. We’ll coffee sometimes, that place needs better hours lol
Store is clean, well stocked and staff is friendly. It's always an enjoyable trip when I go to Target.

I used to shop here on occasion and do some delivery jobs here. Not going to anymore due to the political items they've been pushing as of late.
Long lines all the time! It's the closest store to my house, but I rarely go and today I was reminded why. I fought the parking lot, walked in and turned the corner to see lines backed up way down the main isle with very few registers open. It's par for the course, I cursed under my breath and walked back out to my car to begin the fight out of the parking lot and onto the main road. Not worth it- just go to the grocery store or even Walmart 3 min away is much better than this and has a much better parking lot too.
The actually online shopping experience was great, however, the pickup experience was not. The email detailing how to pick up my order did not match the store layout. Immediately to my left after I walked in there was a section with a giant sign that said "Ordering pick up" so I naturally walked over there because that's where I figured the order pickup counter mentioned in the email would be. Other Targets I've been to have a counter labeled order pickup immediately after walking in. There was no one in that section so after waiting for a minute and looking around, I assumed it must be like picking up a takeout order in which you find the bag with your name on it. An employee came back and barked at me "um what are you doing in here???" I told her that I was here to pick up my order and since this section is labeled ordering pickup and is right next to the entrance, logically I assumed it was here. She and her rude attitude redirected me to guest services, which only had a sign for checkout and returns. How was I to know? After waiting for 10 minutes I was finally helped. I've been in several Targets and even was employed for a remodel and this is by far the most poorly designed Target I've ever been in. Lots of traffic jams, long lines, and confusingly labeled areas. I don't know how I was supposed to know NOT to head towards the section that said ordering pickup, which had no "employee only" signage, but instead go to guest services which is only labeled as checkout and returns. I would not recommend anyone to order pickup from this Target. And if you do shop here, prepare for long checkout lines.
Benjamin was fantastic at the Target in Midlothian Commonwealth area. He was fast, friendly, efficient, helpful, and kind!
Target is the oasis of big box stores. I've worked at Target in the past and this one is run well. May not have as much stuff as Wal-Mart but a much easier and friendlier experience. Price differences negligible. Update: gotta drop this place down down from 5 to 2. I was with my 3 year old and car battery died. Bought cables at this target and asked if any of the employees could jump us. I was told "we can't do that." my boy even began to cry before a kind shopper stepped in and helped us. Not my proudest moment and shame on you target for letting Policy get in the way of helping your fellow man.
Clean. Neat. Organized. Love coming to this location, as I’ve been a customer for the past 10 years. The staff, although much turnover are always trained to assist and help, the store is always fully stocked, and many of the community members have remained the same which helps the shopping experience. Overall, I would recommend this Target location to anyone in the Swift Creek are.
