If you are going to Norcal and you need to fill up for gas, might as well stop for some great Mexican food. Their wet steak burrito is the best i have tried in a long time. Nachos and salads are great options too.Food: 5/5
Tasty but expensive! I had the chop chop salad and I really liked it. Good vinaigrette too. Really refreshing and big. I even took a little home. We ordered a bean and cheese burrito as well a Teo taco plate. Husband didn't love the tacos, especially with beans on it, but they were OK. Beans and rice were good. Service was very good and lots of space to sit. A good experience for us to try for the first time, but disappointing prices.
From the beginning, Employee who answered the phone was not very friendly. Ordered my salad with extra dressing, didn’t receive my extra dressing. Also received my chips like this. Was told my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Showed up to pick up my food 20 minutes after I placed my order. Shrimp was cold and my tortilla was soggy. There was1 person sitting in the lobby and I believe it was an employee. So I’m not sure how or why the service wasn’t great today but there’s definitely room for improvement! Maybe consider the bad service as to why the lobby was empty.
The chicken in my salad was very dry and tuff. It had no flavor. I have been going to Figaro's ever since they opened. I had always enjoyed the salad, but this time was awful. I asked the girl if that was a different chicken. There answered was no. But what do they know. They are only cashiers. I ended up eating only very little of it, bringing it home. I ended tasting it. There were 4 of us the ticket was $60.00 plus 8.00 dollor tip. The waitresses was a 5.00 dollor star rating.
$$$ high prices for one taco. The corn tortillas are soggy and fall apart as soon as you touch them. The inside of the shell is very good...the taco Adobado tastes good. Caritas would have been a good idea if only they had this.

I live in northern California and travel to see family in southern California quite often and Figaro's is my go to spot for DELICIOUS AND FRESH FOOD! Definitely the best grilled shrimp I've ever had.
Figaro's is good, very good, and it's consistently very good. Service is pleasant and efficient. Casual, relaxed atmosphere where my friends and I could sit, leisurely eat, and talk for hours! When the weather is nice, sitting outside is quite nice too.Food: 5/5

Very terrible customer service and food, I asked for a chicken quesadilla with plain nachos and they gave me a plain cheese quesadilla with cheese nachos. The food tasted awful and I will never dine here again.
