Fries were extremely over cooked. Very soggy. There was so much oil it all kind of just stuck together! Clearly not fresh. My Asian zing bone in wings were undercooked and the sauce was extremely thick like a sweet paste. Not like it usually is. My boneless mild wings were also over cooked and extremely dry. Nothing in this order was fresh.
It’s always an issue with this particular location. Customer service is extremely poor and so is the quality of food. My order today looked like it was half empty and the fries were cold. I will no longer order from here again.Food: 1/5
Would never have a problem at this place except the customer service is terrible. Placed an online order that was done before I got there and they still didn’t bother to make it correctly. Entire order was wrong. Called over and over to see if they could remake it before I came back. Got no answer even though when I arrived there was no other customers. When I told the worker that the order was wrong they all acted like it was an inconvenience to remake the order.
They don’t answer the phone and there not even a answer wasn’t busy. The last time I had to go in and order. The lady didn’t want to take my order keep telling me that they were taking online orders only but I saw someone walk it and order.
Such a disappointment. Fries were not seasoned like other Wingstops. The chicken wings were drowned in sauce, hard to eat. Won't be back to this particular Wingstop. Lady at register wasn't very customer service friendly. Rude to me, nice to the lady in front of me......Food: 1/5
I normally don’t take the time to post negative reviews but I went in with my family to eat and one of the wings was raw, luckily my daughter didn’t eat it but now here I am with food poisoning. Maybe the other ones weren’t cooked thoroughly. It was on a Sunday and obviously it was busy due to football being on but there was about 6-7 employees and 4 were standing around by the kitchen entrance watching the game yelling at the TV so that was a bit awkward. Other people eating just kept looking at one another.
Won't be back again. This is how they serve your fries soaked in oil with your $65 order. Disgusting and terrible quality.
Ordered delivery didn't receive our drinks tried to call and no ine answered. Wings had little to no sauce!Food: 1/5
There’s this lady that works there she is rude AF to dashers ! Seen her take the bag away from her when as a dasher we can’t complete order unless bag is in hand , she was making the dasher fill up the cup ! The order wasn’t even completed! The staff is horrible and so is the food ! Save your self and go to the one in Visalia
Fries got cold sitting on the table chicken was a little warmer. I couldn't eat them.
