We offer cardio boxing, cardio kickboxing, Boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, MMA, and open gym/work out during regular business hours for those who don't want to participate in class. We have an assortment of work out equipment including weightlifting machines, a bench/squat rack, free weights, a tire, treadmills and an elliptical.
