Best powerlifting gym. Lots of weights and bars to use. Affordable membership. The owner is great to communicate with. Highly recommend.
Was on a week long work trip in SLC and wanted to find something better than the hotel gym. Stopped in at Ironground for a week pass and it was a great experience... I recommend calling in advance out of politeness to give the owner time to set you up with waivers and payment. I showed up and everything was great! I walked in with my buddy, a couple dudes were kinda hanging around so we went and introduced ourselves. They were super friendly, we were immediately welcomed and given a quick tour of how they organize their gym. All of my visits were in the 4p-8p timeframe and there never seemed to be an instance were anyone was getting in anyone else's way. They have everything you could want and then some regardless of whether you are looking to do some basic resistance training, weightlifting, powerlifting, or strongman. Will definitely be back next time I'm in SLC, and would definitely be a member if I lived here.
1st time going to attend a live compition show and the experience was awsome! Great place with great people!
Great gym with high quality equipment and the staff members are AWESOME. Recommend this place if you really want to get serious about your training and fitness.
This place is amazing! Love the old school gym feel and the coaches are 100! They truly care for your improvements and best of all the care about you as a person and you goals! Yohan and Luis are 2 amazing people and this gym I would recommend to anyone and everyone! Iron ground gym is legit! Love it!
One of the best gyms/fitness facilities in Utah. Very clean and well kept. One of the top of lines equpitment. The owner one of the most down to earth people you will meet! People all around are very friendly and welcoming and are experts very well known.
Ironground Gym is no doubt the best gym in Utah! Everyone is really supportive of one another and the gym has high quality and specialty equipment. Ironground has been my home for over a year and couldn't imagine being anywhere else. This is the place to be for anyone from powerlifters to a person wanted to get more fit.
Absolutely LOVE this place!!! Atmosphere is great! Everything is always organized and in place. Equipment always clean and in great shape. Always feel welcomed and everyone's attitude is positive, friendly, outgoing and very knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for a better place to work out and have a great time while doing it!
Took my client to a powerlifting meet here and loved the vibe. If you are into a corporate clean fancy gym, this isnt for you. If you want to get under some iron, check it out
