Filo's Florist Burlington NC

I grew up in Gibsonville but moved away - when a family member received some bad news, I called Filo’s Creations Florist rather than a nation-wide flower delivery service. They kindly walked me through the process and options. They arranged a beautiful bouquet that was a great value and delivered it the next day - I highly recommend!

My experience with Filo's was outstanding! I live in GA and needed to send something to friends in Whitsett, NC. I spoke with Andrea at Filo's, she was friendly, helpful and thorough. I LOVE that they send a pic of what they are delivering, excellent idea!! The plant was delivered the very next day and it was beautiful! Our friends were very impressed with how pretty and healthy the peace plant was. Thank you for the great customer service and beautiful plant.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter at Elon University. The woman that I spoke with on the phone was excellent, very friendly and helpful . The occasion was her birthday and she said they would put a nice arrangement together. When ordering from out of town there is always a concern on how the flowers will look. On the day of scheduled delivery I received a text with a photo of the arrangement and the flowers were fantastic. Great value for what I paid for the arrangement. I would highly recommend this florist.

Filo’s Florist did an amazing job on my flowers for my recent December 2020 wedding. She was such a pleasure to talk to and she knew exactly what I wanted. Even though she was busy when I walked in the shop, she took the time to talk to me about my big day and to show me several different flowers and options. Even with short notice, she was able to deliver the flowers to my wedding. I am so lucky to have found this gem.

Filo's was amazing to work with when we needed flowers sent to a visitation. It was short notice but not a problem for them. They were also kind enough to send us a photo of the arrangement. Thank you for taking the extra step in your customer service!

Very professional knows exactly what she's doing when she's putting flowers together the best in town I wouldn't go to nobody else I would recommend everybody to try her out they will never go nowhere else

I have been using Filo's Florist ever since she was in Holly Hill Mall. Her silk arrangements last forever. I replace mine every year, because I take them to Fayetteville

This might be lengthy but please read: so I just moved to NC from CO right before my birthday, anniversary, and the holidays. I wasn’t expecting much this year due to the move but I woke up on my birthday with a gorgeous arrangement of flowers! Since we just moved here I asked my BF where he went for the flowers and the look on his face told me I was in for a story lol. Since we are both big on reviews he told me he chose Filo’s, but then he went on to tell me how after an amazing conversation about life and the flowers were arranged, there was an issue getting the payment through and the woman working there went above and beyond to make sure my BF was able to leave with the flowers for me on my birthday! We are now engaged!!! And I just wanted to say that the appreciation I felt from my now fiancé about his experience at Filo’s was an amazing present in itself.

We were in town for a graduation and found this flower show. It is very close to Elon which is a +. Filo helped us in a pinch and was amazing! We bought 3 bouquets and she was patient, helpful, and very great to work with. Great assortment of high quality flowers. I would recommend to anyway.

We love Filo's. We always feel like we get more than we paid for. She seems to really care if her customers are happy with their flowers. Great service! Filo texted me a picture of the arrangement, it is beautiful. Appreciate her personal touch!
