Online hours say 10 - 2 on Sunday which I relied on to get some flowers but apparently they aren’t open at all on Sunday. I stopped by at 10:10 no one was there and called at 10:40 and no answer.
Shirley the owner was absolutely AMAZING! She was able to pull a miracle out of a hat for a very last minute and unfortunate funeral for my uncle. Their floral arrangements are phenomenal and absolutely stunning! If you need a florist, I highly recommend them!
I order flowers from a woman at Hagan-Rossi for a funeral on September 29 but they never arrived. I attended the funeral and never saw them and and the daughter of the deceased said she never received them. The charge didn't show up until my November statement. Tried to dispute it with Hagan-Rossi and she said they would look into it. Two months later I got a call from a man from Hagan Rossi saying they had delivered the flowers. They did not! The man at Hagan Rossi said he would look into it. Never heard back. Called the credit card company and they said too much time has passed for a refund. I'm angry and will never use them again!
Ordered flowers over the phone to be delivered to Burlington to my mum. The process was so stress free and they delivered on time. Lisa was great
A+++ service. I called them in a bind after getting screwed over by 1-800-flowers and they put together a stunning arraignment for my wife and had it delivered within an hour. Truly remarkable service and testament why to always go with local small businesses. THANK YOU!
I had a death in my family and needed flowers for viewing etc. My family and I worked with Lisa to decide on flower colors and arrangements. She did the most beautiful arrangements and combinations of flowers that I could have imagined. We will always appreciate the kindness and beautiful work that we received, from Lisa, during a devastating time for us. Yestrday, I needed a fresh bouquet of flowers and needed them rather quickly. Once again, she did not disappoint, they were perfect. Thank you to Lisa and Hagan Rossi for their talented and understanding of their clients needs.
Extremely easy transaction. I called to place a delivery order from out of town and they were able to deliver a beautiful arraignment the same day, even though I called in the afternoon. Definitely recommend!
The owner was very helpful and changed my order to match the description online. I was very pleased with the service overall and think its a nice family spot. They offer a variety of assortments for every holiday/ venue
Love these people.! Very friendly and their selection of beautiful flowers are plenty and freshly picked. Thanks for doing this flower arrangement that looks just like my kitty who passed. It made me cry but warmed my heart <3
