I think its under new management. We bought our car 3 years ago. It was awesome because we had just moved to the area, had no credit and our car died. We were really in a tight spot and they really worked with us. Obviously, the car we got wasn't worth anything near what our total price was 10k but when you are in a bind you do what you have to do. Reggie is the bomb. If you do go there buy from him if he's still there we had nothing but positive experiences with this company till just recently , which is why I'm thinking its new management. They stopped the repair plan which sucks. And they call the day your payment is due every time. Its very annoying. Especially since we always pay. One time they eben threatened to turn the car off. We weren't even behind yet. I just got busy and hadn't layed that day yet . We have 3 payments left and while we had thought about buying a second car from them , we are probably going to shop around and see what else is available. So its not bad if you are in a bind they will probably work with you. But be prepared to be hounded if you don't pay first thing the morning your payment is due.
I truly have had a wonderful experience with Finance Motors. They are very helpful with anything that you might need. they worked with me and i was able to get a great car. When i did have an issue with my window going off track, they helped me fix it right away.
There are no words to describe....that's all...I depend on this car for my livlihood by everyday I'm repairing something..after a year of the same issue I'm at the point where I really should give them back this vehicle. However, the service isn't that bad but with my ongoing issues from gas leakage, unbalanced rotation from a bad bushing that they won't fix once again an ongoing issue since day one. I've spent nearly $2,000 having tires replaced, balanced, and aligned problem still exist. All I wanted to do was to pay them off but they are making it quite difficult. I have a meeting with the manager in hopes for some type of resolution of none prevails, not only will I follow up with a review status but not allow anyone to place themselves in harms ways by purchasing a necessity for failure or death. It's by Gods grace that I haven't died in this car yet but if I do people will see not to purchase from this company. And that's word!!! ***Follow Up*** All of my problems were resolved and with that being said, I rate them 4:5. Great staff will make a great company!!!!!
i have been using finance motors since march of 2013. i made one payment a day late i called and made my payment with a rep but on new years eve they shut my car down and left me stranded at work. i called for hours and left 4 voicemails after i made the payment and could not reach anyone. i even tried to call the rock hill police dept for an emergency contact and they only had there main number. there is no emergency contact when this happens. i could not use my car for two days and had to leave it at work. since this has happened i will not refer anyone here. this one bad experience cost them my word of mouth about there customer service.
They do not do any due diligence before purchasing their vehicles from auction nor before putting on their lot. Then finance them to you "as is" at interest rates higher than student loans. The most bad business you can get. Better off buying or leasing a new car. If you buy here, plan on doing routine maintenance or any repairs necessary to the vehicle yourself, even if it ends up being a motor or transmission.
WORST experience ever. after paying for my 2nd car brought there paid off 1st then traded for my current car. paid it entirely off. when I went they took the tracking device out of my car instead of them taking it out properly they just cut the wires. then when I asked them to fix the car they said they are not going to fix it and I would have to take them to court.
Bad business is all you'll get from this place! I purchased and paid cash for a vehicle for my son from here.I was told that I would have the title in a few days. A month later when the dealer tag ran out and they had to write another tag. I was told that because it was taking so long that they were going to go to the dmv and pay to get the tag for the vehicle. Thirteen more days later the car had to be parked because that tag ran out. Four days later I was told that I could come pick up my title and because I was so impatient with them that I could get my own tag because they were done with me and that they would not honor their word/promise, that I shoud come and get the title or they WOULD FedEx it today! This place is a joke and they will never get my business again! This is not a car dealership, this is a place with no morals and no intention of being fair or taking responsibility for their mistakes!
If could give a zero star I would I recently moved here and was looking for a truck and found a white dodge 1500 on the lot . The sealer said take it for a test drive I swear if you like it I'll give you a good deal.so I said ok they where asking 20 grand for a Dodge Ram 1500 with 1plud k on it . So I test drive it. Got back from test driving the vehicle and gave them all my paper work they said I had got approved by several banks . But they where closed to come back Monday so I got of work early Monday went back in and they said that the guy at the bank they are waiting for was sick so I said ok .so next say mean while I've got the truck on my insurance and driving it. Cause they said it was mine the dealer said he would put gas in the truck then he comes back out says buy the gas and bring the receipt to me we will give you your money back .so I did . Then I come back next day to sign papers to them to say I was not approved after they said I was the .the owner is nothing but a rip off stealing people money . Never got the money back from them the dealer said the owner was not giving Me the money back for the gas I put in the truck . Place is very unprofessional. Don't get rooked like I did I'm just a normal hard working guy that was trying to give them my business.but got swindled in the in don't waste your time on this place I promise go some where else .
I bought a car from here in May on a Monday by that Tuesday leaving work my tire rolled off of the vehicle . They fixexed it so they say so on the 4th of July the same thing happened once agian. Got it fixed once agian for the 2nd time and drove home . I lefted and made it to work in Pineville only to be leavening work and have my tire come off a 3rd time this time striking a bridge and totally loss my car . This was not safe and they do not care what so ever about my safety . It happen 3 times
I bought a trailblazer from there for $500 and two months in the a/c went out. they fixed it completely. I didn't have any problems setting an apointment and it was done at the end of the day. then i sent my brother in to by a car and they gave me $200. if i send in 6 more people they pay off my car. ima do what i can to get 6 more people!
