Finergy Cycle is L.A.'s boutique heated indoor cycling studio with upper body weight workout. Class will be maintained at about 80-84 degrees. Get ready to sweat, detox, burn up to 1,000 calories, increase athletic performance, improve blood circulation, and boost your metabolism. Train Harder and Smarter. We provide complimentary towel service and cycling shoe rental for your ride.
Finergy also offers a TRX /Boxing circuit class. Our signature circuit training class incorporates a variety of cardio intense and functional training elements combined at timed stations to maximize strength and flexibility. TRX and our signature Box Master stations are key components of this class, but by no means the only ones. Get ready to sweat.
Finally, Finergy offers Zumba, Mat Pilates and Booty Pump classes!
Complimentary towels are provided for all classes and showers are available! Childcare available while you workout for ages 5 & up, inquire in studio for more details.
