Terrible all around. Screens don't work, costs a fortune, and they give you .66 of a bowling ball per person. So we were 3 people, and in order to compromise, none of us was able to use the correct ball size. Gosh, never heard of a bowling alley that's stingy on balls. But here you have it. Also, I was with my kid, who needed bumpers. But they can't switch off between players, it's all or none. So here I am paying a fortune, for the wrong size bowling ball, a screen that doesn't work, and bumpers that I don't want. Customer service quite unhelpful as well.

dont waste your money here!! we got a membership for the summer and was told whoever was on the paper can come, the mother who has the pass doesnt always need to come Today i went and my wife left her id at home so i wanted to show mine my name is also listed just not as the primary he says no. when i made the pass the other worker said even my daughter can come with my son ..if you want to have a good name then dont trest customers like they dont matter!! also i agree with a different reviewer that wrote as soon as they see you have a membership all of a sudden lanes arent available but theyre not be used when they say that.

Haven't been here in years, but it was a great time. It was packed on a Saturday night when we showed up around 945, surprisingly we only waited about 15 minutes to get 3 people on a lane. Employees were amazing an attentive. They helped us with any of our needs. Will definitely be going back again soon. Edit* - have been back about 4-5 times between Feb & March an it was absolutely fantastic. I have to reiterate that the staff is amazing an so helpful! It's a fun time on the weekends, an not going to break the bank to go out an have fun.

We waited about 40 minutes til we got a lane. They only let us choose 3 balls for a group of 6. We had the last lane on the left. It was obvious that the floor wasn’t level cuz all the balls kept going to the left! We paid per person not per hour & we weren’t finished when the screen said “5 minutes left”. Then it immediately shut off and a family came & said it’s their lane now! Worst customer service! We tried to talk to them but they just said our time was up!! Even when we pay by time other places give you a few minutes courtesy to finish. This was the worst bowling experience ever!!

This place is great! All the staff were super helpful and we had a great time!

Very friendly staff. Had lots of fun. Machines are a bit dated but the staff are so much better than the rude people at ocean lanes

They will only allow you to use one bowling ball that you have to pre choose it behind the desk. The bowling shoes given to my nephew are falling apart.

Place was packed and staff was super calm and patient, I was pretty impressed! Only thing I will say is that it is quite hot in there needs some more oxygen

Very nice place! Awesome vibe, great music, great food and drink selections! Had a nice chat with the boss before after closing one night. Awesome people!

I went over to the counter to get a lane, was given the total so I said we have membership, as soon as I said that they said we do not have any lanes available, even though the place was half empty Very nasty nasty staff! Extremely bad customer service!
