Firehouse Subs Altamonte Springs

Good sandwiches. Place was dead when we went so we were in and out quickly. Nothing super good or bad about this firehouse compared to any other. Decently clean, ok amount of parking, you know what to expect is the best way to put it.Food: 5/5

Hello all, normally I wouldn't bother with a complaint or review but in this situation I feel as if it does need to be addressed. I'm a life long fan of Firehouse subs, we order from them usually at minimum once a week but lately we've been experiencing a few notable disappointments, especially at the Altamonte Drive location. This will be the 6th time we've ordered fully involved subs and combos from this location, as petty as this is going to sound, they keep forgetting the pickle, I don't know about most people, but one of the reasons we choose Firehouse is because their pickles are just fantastic, we would gladly buy them by the jar if we could. Regardless of the missing pickle, there have been some inconsistencies, the wrong chips in the bag, no chips in the bag, and dirty tables when you walk into the location. Today's visit between 2:00 and 2:30 in the afternoon resulted in; 1. No ice in the drink dispenser which sucks for anyone who may be doing uber eats or doordash. 2. Dirty dining area tables. 3. The order was 30 minutes late in getting done. Order was for 2pm and didn't get done till almost 2:30 3. Discovery that again there were no pickles included when I got home with our lunch. While I can certainly understand being short handed, I can't help but view this as if I was the location's owner or manager, everything about that situation and the state of that location would be unacceptable and would be in immediate need of correction. My family will continue to support Firehouse and stand by their food, but I won't deny that we're considering going to the Lake Mary location which is a little bit longer from our home to pick our food up from now on. Management may want to have a look at the situation.

I came into firehouse today for lunch to go. When I placed my order for a small hook and ladder combo. Miracle the lady at the register proceeds to question if I was sure I wanted a small sandwich because it’s only 4 inches. Mind you I’m not new to firehouse and I’m well aware of what I would like to eat. When I asked what’s wrong with that. She says with an attitude do you want the medium or not? The store was packed and I was a bit taken aback and frustrated that I’m being questioned about my order then she takes the fountain drink cup and slaps it down for my drink. She’s rude to say the least. I would say maybe it’s her personality but then I watched her take other orders with a smile and patience. Sandwich was as expected service was trash. Maybe Miracle should just work the line. As a woman I don’t appreciate someone questioning what I should eat in front of a store full of people. This isn’t my first visit to firehouse. However definitely my first time being treated so poorly. Had I had time to go elsewhere I would have.

The guys were really nice, and the place was clean. They took a little too long to make the sandwich, BUT it was worth it. Delicious and I should've gotten a large.Food: 5/5

Firehouse Subs is my favorite place to go for subs. It's a little pricey, but the subs taste great, and they know how to toast a sub too, unlike Subway. The hero sub is my absolute favorite. The people here are friendly, and the atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from a fast food Sub place. I highly recommend the subs here.

Great subs, but the customer service was lacking. Nobody acknowledged us coming in 3/18/2023 @7pm. App said subs done by 705, but didn't get them until 720. Usually someone at least welcomes you, asks if you need anything...not tonight.Food: 5/5

We were in town visiting and decided to come here because we knew it was quick. I had no idea service was gonna be so amazing!!! The girl who helped us, Olivia, made us feel welcome and made everything perfectly. She was basically our tour guide for the town! Very funny and honest. Tell her what you're in the mood for and I guarantee you'll walk out full and happy!!! Coming back here every time just for her :
