It’s the best small children’s park located in the heart of Fort Lee if you’re closer to the bridge. Location is excellent, on the inroads just behind School No.1 and Public Library, no through traffic, so the kids can run freely. There’s not much of a playground but the swings and slides are great for toddlers / preschoolers and provide for the much needed outdoor fun. There are picnic benches on the other side and a public pool as well which we never used. Lots of greenery around. I find the little passage going through Tom Hunter road, Slocum Way, very peaceful and calming. I love to take a stroll down this small passage for a relaxing evening walk
Park needs a bit more things for kids. Great shade with the trees I will say. They do have a pool.
Very nice, small, but very convenient, quiet park for little kids, or just to have a short break.
I really used to like this park, it isn't too crowded usually and there is a wading pool for little kids. There are swings and picnic tables, as well as a monument statue. I used to come here for summer camp as a kid and have many great memories here, I really loved it. But lately there have been a lot of teenagers hanging around this park for little kids, which is quite strange. They are very loud and I don't come to the park anymore because of it, which is a shame.
This very nice park is conveniently located with Fort Lee's School 1 and Main Street. It is well-shaded, has several benches, and includes several jungle gyms and swings. The park is relatively small and unfortunately there are no publicly available bathroom nor water fountains here or nearby. However, if you come well-stocked you should be able to spend a couple of hours.
Nice and natural place.. we found deers there! Good view for GW bridge..
Great little park with swings and a small playground if you're within walking distance. If you need to drive, Overpeck Park is much bigger and not that much further away. Old pool that's permanently closed takes up much of the park space, but still a good place to bring fidgety young ones during the spring and summer afternoons.
Fun park for kids to go to especially after school for those who attend School 1 with swings and a big playground. Has benches in the shade for parents and the ice cream truck stops by time to time.
Very nice and clean park! In the middle of peaceful Fort Lee. I would just like to see this park be a bit bigger with more attractions and for there to be a canopy or something to cover if your child falls asleep.
New structures are great! I wish there was more swings but overall great park!
