Andy and his staff from Firestone Amazing. Great customer service is a lost art these days. Andy took the bull by the horns on an issue that wasn’t even Firestone’s and got the issue resolved where others failed. I will be now a faithful customer of this Firestone location. Finding a good service center with high quality customer service is hard to come by and they have it. Thanks again to Andy and the staff for helping me with my issue. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am 6 hours into my 2 hour appointment window and my car just pulled into the garage. I'm sure you could find a better shop within 10 minutes of here, I know that's what I'll be doing next time. A person can only watch so many consecutive episodes of SVU before they go insane. Why even have appointments?
Jim McElhone provided me with amazing service my two recent times at Firestone. He helped me save money on my service and provided amazing customer service-kept me informed on timeline and required services of my car. His honesty was greatly appreciated. Thank you Jim.
Bought a set of tires that cost over $1,000. After drive my vehicle I experienced serious steering wheel shake. Which ment that my tires weren't balanced correctly. I call and told the shop manager he stated they were having issues with the balancing machineif he knew that why would he sell anyone tires. He assured me they could fix the issue and to bring my vehicle back. I did, and again I had steering wheel shake even worse than before! I took my Vehicle to a different Firestone shop and my vehicle drives perfect! No steering wheel shake at all. DON'T let this shop put any tires on your vehicle. All I got from them was a sorry and well over 4 hours of wasted time..Services: Tires
The Firestone on City Ave in Bala Cynwyd is a great place with up standing managers and corporate office. Took my car there got some work done had an issue with the work and Andy and Jim managers went above and beyond to rectify the issue. I have been using them for decades and will be using for decades more!
Really appreciate the folks here, especially Jim, for going the extra mile. Our car said it was overfilled with oil after the last change, so we brought it back in. They drained it and carefully refilled it. Same warning. They called the dealer and found out there's some software issue causing a bunch of the same model car to erroneously report the same thing. Thanks folks at Firestone for doing the work twice, and going the extra step to figure out the real problem.
Absolutely horrible. I hired them several times for my car and the first couple times were fine. For my suburban they took off a tire and kept the wheel lock so I had to have all the wheel locks replaced, which cost me a lot of money. I contacted their number and they direct me to a manager but I’m only allowed to leave a message and they never called me back. Finally, I had my front brakes replaced, and within a couple of months the caliper fell off which caused complete wheel damage so I have to have my entire wheel replaced and the brakes completely redone which cost me $3700. I called to report the issue and asked for a manager to call me back, but after six phone calls and text messages and weeks later no one has called me back.
I don’t even know where to begin. This first of all is one of the only firestones in Philadelphia so it’s not like we are lush for choice. But when I tell you it’s always something when I come here. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman or because they’re so short staffed but it’s always like they’re trying to get one over me, despite the fact that I’ve spent thousands getting work done on my car there. The most recent visit I went in for a tire leak, which became a busted tire sensor that needed replacement which is fine. But for my oil change, no fluid replacement unless you catch them and this is the second or third time. Then before I pull off the lot now it’s a whole check engine light warning that was NEVER there before dropping it off. I just don’t understand. It’s incredibly frustrating. I’m pretty reasonable so if I bring to your attention an issue and you handle me with indifference or like I’m the problem only to double back and admit that you and your staff were actually the problem once I ask for the district managers number, I now lack both faith in your abilities as well as trust in your company.Service: Oil change
Went in for an oil change, and the service was fast and relatively cheap. The employees were nice and knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend this location
Today I had a WONDERFUL experience at Firestone. I have never been a customer here, but I will be moving forward! Long story short, Mavis Tires up the road is absolutely terrible. I have been a customer there 2-3 times, and have been disappointed every time. Anyways, I popped in to this Firestone needing 2 very specific tires. Wynton, the lovely gentleman helping me out explained that they didn’t have what I needed in stock, even though the website said they did. To make up for it, he did his due diligence and called EVERY store until he found the one that did. He didn’t once huff or puff about needing to make the calls, and instead smiled and remained friendly. I am so pleased with my experience here, and will continue to use Firestone in the future for my tire needs! Thanks Wynton!
