Great customer service and they do awesome job..
Been going here for years and never had a problem until today. Had a 12pm appointment, came back at 2pm to pick it up. Figured it would be ready since it was 2 hours later. He told me my car was “next in line”. So what’s the point of having an appointment? “Oh, my guy just got back from lunch and we had another 12pm appointment as well. No sorry, no nothing. His attitude sucked. Handed my keys back and I left. Bad business. I won’t ever be back.
The tire I needed was back ordered, and the staff tried to locate one at another store. They said to go to the dealer who did have the tire in stock. Staff was helpful.
I went back in December for a NYS inspection. I initially went to Mavis, bur after being told that it would take 3 hours despite the fact that I made an appointment, I left and went to Firestone instead. Firestone had me in and out in 45 minutes, and they were very friendly on top of that! Anthony in particular was very fun to talk to. Much better service than Mavis!
Went there for a tire repair said they couldn’t repair one of the tires after taking it off then while putting it back on stripped one of the lug nuts and snagged another off trying to impact it onService: Tires
