Left a watch with them that hasn't been running in a few years. They were extremely friendly and had great communication throughout the process with updates about my watch. Just picked it up today and it running like brand new, super fair prices definitely the best around. Amazing customer service, would absolutely recommend to anybody.

Needed a repair to my jewelry and the staff stopped what they were doing as I had an appointment with a client and fixed my bracelet while I waited.

I needed to have a bracelet repaired, and the staff was very helpful. They showed genuine concern that the job was done correctly. I waited 10 minutes and it was fixed for a fair price. I will go back to the Jewelry Clinic again and have told my friends about my positive experience.

Needed new clasps replaced on 2 gold chains: THE JEWELRY CLINIC greeted me, repaired both necklaces, cleaned them, all in about 5 minutes! Price was very reasonable about $20.00 and just a fraction of what a large/regular Jewelry Store has charged me in the past! My new favorite Store!

Sized my bracelet, 22k.  No1 else is allowed to touch my jewelery

Al is always professional, courteous & goes out of his way to ensure the customer leaves satisfied. My go to jeweler.

The man who helped me was so nice. You can tell they have experience. I went there bc my husband grandparents used to go. I left my ring to size it down. They thought they were gonna take few days but they called me right away saying it was done. Looks beautiful. Will be back soon!!

Al is so knowledgeable, friendly and quick with repairs. I have been bringing g my jewelery here for over 25 years. I would never go anywhere else! He is honest and his price are very fair. He has worked on my great grandmother's jewelery that needed repairs. Beautiful work always!

Went in 10min to closing to get my engagement ring resized which I have been waiting 2 years to do. They were so funny and polite. They called the next day to pick it up! Looks brand new. They even polish it for you after fixing it!!
