First Chair Rentals

Best prices and best services in Flagstaff. We were 15 minutes down the road towards the mountain and they called saying my buddy left his poles. Robbie was going to drive up to meet us at the turn off to the mountain but we said it was our bad and we turned around. As we got back to the shop Robbie was already sitting outside with the poles a block ahead. Wouldn’t even take a tip for the hassle. These guys are the best!

I would give them 10/10 if possible. Amazing staff who really helped me out & went above & beyond. Highly recommend for all rentals or equipment needs.

Typically I do not write online reviews but I found it necessary after my experience here. I walked into the shop and was quickly greeted by Colton who was already helping another person but was still able to make me feel welcomed and noticed. He went above and beyond to help me find a solution to my problem all while making sure everyone else was being helped. Thank you Colton and will solely be using this shop from here on out.

I’ve been renting here for a few years and always bring my newbie friends in here. Every time the service has been great. But today was extra great. Colton greeted us with a smile when returning my friends rental. I brought my skis in for a wax and he answered all my questions and taught me how to care for my skis. After he also tuned my skis for my level of skiing and continued to educate me. He had a very kind and warm energy. It was also nice to see him train one of the new girls. As a corporate trainer, he did a great job explaining and being hands on. Dude deserves a raise.

Prices are great, service was good, day before pickup is nice. My only issue was i got a garbage board that wasnt waxed and the bindings were backwards. When i told them about it "sorry that happens sometimes, everything else work out okay?"

Still going to give the place a 5 star. Rented boots because mine were not delivered before opening weekend. The boots were stolen out of my truck bed while having lunch. Not mad at them. But they have now filed a police report for me stealing the boots. Service in store amazing people whoever has been texting me horrible service but I won't fault a small local business for being ignorant to a loyal customer. The police will now handle a 100$ pair of boots

Fast, Easy & a Good Price. Renting gear can be a little daunting, but this process was nearly flawless. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They have pretty decent instructions posted to help you with the pickup and return process even if employees get busy. It seemed to me it's run by people who understand how annoying a slow rental process can be. We were in a bit of a hurry to beat the morning rush and I was in and out in 11 minutes my buddies in the car were timing me. Return was even faster. I called ahead to make a reservation but they're first come first serve. They still called me back that morning just to check and see if I had picked up gear. Parking in rear is probably the way to go. They only have a few spots up front.

Robbie the owner was completely unprofessional and rude toward my friends and I who were all renting there making snarky comments and and was very demeaning as well as talking down to us. What poor and embarrassing customer service. We will never be renting from here again I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to rent any “nice” equipment

Great service great attitude, great business. Clayton may have remembered that wrong Quick and helpful. Made our trip enjoyable receiving the right gear and right guidance.
