Grand Rental Station

Easy to book with. got a big tent for my wedding and it was relatively easy to put up and down. They did forget a few piles when they loaded it in so make sure to double check the inventory before you leave!!

Rented a cambro, balloon light, generator, trailer, and other sorts from this store. They were super accommodating and flexible throughout the whole process. I had last minute plans that required a light and they were able to rent them out to me and arrange pickup/drop off at a super reasonable price! The day I was supposed to return everything a blizzard had hit Flagstaff, and they let me keep everything no extra cost until the next day when roads were more clear. They were all happy to help, and if I need to rent anything again I will be coming back here!

This place is not a place you want to use the owner is a condescending p----. The manager Jeff is even worse, Rick is also a d-----bag . They are all condescending and care none about the customer only about the customers money. Unfortunately for them I spend over ten thousand a year on saw stiff and they will not get another Penney from me. Buy nothing from these people you can buy a 1200 dollar saw and bring it back broken the next day and they will not give you any money or an apology.

I rented the chairs and table for our wedding. I paid for delivery and pickup as well. The communication between the store and the delivery guys was awesome and they delivered exactly what we requested. Couldn’t be happier!

As one of the ONLY rental companies in Flagstaff I was incredibly disappointed to pull up to the store front and see an anti-critical race theory sign in the window. I refuse to support businesses that blatantly perpetuate harm on BIPOC due to their own fragility. Needless to say, we departed without even parking. Also this place has horrible reviews anyway.

Arranged for a Bobcat rental a week in advance. They do not offer attachments for Bobcats- so I arranged for a fork rental from a separate business. Physically checked in the day prior to confirm rental and trailer size, etc. When I showed up the day of rental, they had forgot to tell me that the machine was in the shop. A lot of planning went into getting all the moving pieces of this job in alignment, and they didn't seem to concerned that I was stuck without a crucial piece of equipment for my project. Luckily, United Rental Next Door hooked me up with everything I needed and I did not waste a day of mine and other's time.

BEWARE!!! Check your bill... Get your quote in writing prior to picking up your rental. We rented a tractor for 24 hours one day with a total of 8 hours to be logged on the machine. The tractor broke down after 5 hours.. When we took it back, the "owner" gave us a replacement and said that we could log our remaining 3 hours on the new machine. When we returned that machine, we were charged for two full days of tractor rental. $500!! Also, make sure you fill your tractor or machine back up. We returned the tractor and heard the technician tell the "owner" that he put .8 gallons in the tank. We were charged for 5 gallons of diesel. When we questioned all the overages and reminded the "owner" of our conversations the day prior he feigned amnesia. DANGER, DANGER, DANGER!! If you have an alternative, DO NOT USE! Don't let "Jeff" ruin your day!!!

Amazing customer service!!! This store had what we needed and rushed to get it to us. We are here from out of town and are so thankful for their help!!!

Rented a dance floor from them for a wedding. Very easy pickup and return!

Really nice employee... great place to rent equipment for any special events
