First Choice Health Center is a not-for-profit clinic operated by Community Action, Inc. We provide reproductive sexual health care to people of all ages.
Nurse practitioners provide confidential, professional health care to men and women of all reproductive ages.
First Choice received funding from programs like Title X, the Family Planning/Public Health Services Act of 1970; the Wisconsin Well Woman Program; the Wisconsin Family Planning Waiver Program; and charitable contributions.
Everyone is welcome at First Choice. Some income-eligible patients may receive discounts on reproductive services. Others pay for services on a sliding fee scale based on household income. We can also bill Medical Assistance or your insurance provider if you have such coverage.
The clinic operates in both Janesville and Beloit, Wisconsin to serve patients from around the Stateline area.
