Lazy, slow, unprofessional management. If you didn’t get a seal at the shipper you will be reject. If you come early you will be reject. Don’t waste your time at this place.

This place is very busy, all the time. Wait times are a little longer than normal, but it seems like this is due to the lack of doors, I think they only have 10 doors. Very little doors for a busy warehouse. Shipping & Receiving clerks are very friendly and courteous and so their best to get everyone signed in as fast as possible. I arrived an hour early for my appt. They did make me wait for my appt time, but was offloaded within an hour and gotten my paperwork. Picking up here is a bit more challenging especially if you are an LTL carrier because they all arrive at the same time, and with door capacity an issue there is a wait. Seems like they take care of their appointments times first then work everyone else in. Dock is sorta chaos at times, but forklift drivers are fast once they start loading. Best bet here is to have an appointment
Terrible at unloading no other trucks here and they are in no hurry to unload. So unorganized show up at your appointment time they will not unload you sooner. We showed up at 8am finally unloading at 9:40am. There was no other trucks ahead of us. Only take trucks between 8am-12pm.
Backed into a dock for over 6 hours waiting to be loaded. The forklift driver was a nice guy and didn't take long to load me. The problem is incompetent management. Need to replace them.
Arrived at appt time given a door and o. The road in 30 minutes. Thanks guys. The loader did say the morning was busy. But my 3pm appt was great

Loader wasn’t to keen about loading a curtain side trailer . Skid placement was all over the place & into the curtain, curtain frame members
Never go to this place they will lie about the weight and you will spend all day here. Took 4:30 hours to load. Avoid this place.
