It is not the worst attention!  but it seems that.  The special order of the store is to always rent you the oldest van!  I've been there more than 10 times and I've even asked for the new Ford trucks that use less gasoline and are more comfortable and they do the impossible to rent the old chevrolets first because consumption is much higher!  You do not have the option to choose, it should be noted that it appears in the advertising menu is the new Ford!

Goid service and really helpful people.. I had my hitch installed and the guy was a pro at it. Was quick, in less then 2 hrs i was out. They have many car/truck accessories and of course a lot of moving materials and equipment..

I wouldn’t go here guys. Apparently they don’t clean or inspect these trucks? Went to go reserve a truck and got the keys. Opened up the back and bunch of roaches were running around. Absolutely ridiculous I could have brought that into my new home.

No one was around for 20 min. Then some guy comes walking in slowly and tells me they don't have any vans or anything. Another old man was smoking and talking on his phone in the back. Awful experience. I recommend another company or Home Depot has better service and the same trucks for rental.

Rented a truck 9/17/21 all was going well until I went to leave my place and the linkage for the shifter was nonexistent. Called and called no answer. Called roadside, no answer. Finally had a buddy drive me to the shop, they said oh yeah that truck has had that issue 3 times. So they said use the website, I did but still waiting on the tow truck driver to call. Needless to say they knowingly put me in a truck that has had severe mechanical issues knowing that they had not had it repaired. Then this morning 9/18 they call me seeing if I still need the truck, cmon now. This is how they had the linkage rigged…

Would not go here again.    Made sure to make it back before they closed at 7:00.    Got there at 5:30 and no one was there.      They want to charge you $20 to have someone check in your truck after hours.    I had to do do it myself because no one was there.    They want to charge you but don't credit you for havtto go through the trouble of doing it yourself even though you are there during business hrs

Nick was extremely nice and very helpful throughout my entire process and The owner Tamika sorry if I spelled that wrong was really nice too. Everything was ready for us when we got there to pickup the truck. The only downside was our truck was falling apart but we only needed the truck because we were picking up donations for a family who lost everything in a fire. Honestly Nick was extremely knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend giving them a try.

Don't bother trying to get propane filled there. The kid working is so lazy he will find any excuse not to fill the tank. Said my tank was out of date but it was manufactured 2 years ago.

I was moving from 20miles away and rented my truck here, I let the guy know what I needed and gave him the two addresses. He estimated 20miles, so gave me 30. I ended up going OVER my mileage, then I told him I needed it for as late as possible. He said no worries as long as it’s here by the morning and bring it back as soon as I’m finished with it. When I replaced the gas it was not even one notch under of what I had been given. They charged my card and decided that I would not only pay EXTRA mileagewhich I could understand and didn’t dispute, but they charged my card and extra 15.00$ charge for just PUMPING gas, plus deciding to fill up their tank, another 30.00$ charge for the actual gas, not including giving me more fees for it being back late. So I call customer service who says “well you signed the paperwork.” I ended up just dropping it and reported them to the BBB and gave them a horrible rating, where they contacted Uhaul directly, then they decided to knock most of my fees down and gave me back MOST of my money. Don’t waste your time at this location.

I’m giving it one star but I wish I could give it negative 5 stars. The customer service was horrible the guy at the desk was very unpleasant with me when I first arrived because I didn’t have a reservation, but then when I returned with a reservation he refused to honor it and refused to give me a good explanation of why he wouldn’t honor my reservation and he was outright difficult and extremely unhelpful. This experience was embarrassing,  degrading , and  sickening. It has for ever turned me away from U-Haul as a whole it was absolutely the WORST interaction I have ever had with another human being in my life period.
