We opened an account after moving here. The customer service was terrific. Very personal. We highly recommend!!

I had such a terrible experience with this bank when applying for a small land loan. We were left with poor communication, lots of time wasted, and no land loan. They will not work with you at all with resolving anything. They did however waive our appraisal fee after we complained about our bad experience. Still no call back from the manager after 2 requests.

I moved all of my personal and business Banking to FNB after being with my other banks for 18 and 8 yrs, respectively. They have provided superior and personalized customer service. Highly recommend.

Ridiculously high check cashing fees.
