So, when we decided to sell our current home, we didn’t consider another realtor. We called Amanda. And again, we were so happy that we did. We had a very unique property, to say the least. But Amanda, being the expert, she has prepared us for every possible situation. She has a unique instinct about showing off special features and attending to the details that could present issues from the beginning. She worked closely with the buyers and supported us through multiple offers. Amanda understands her sellers and the properties she represents. First, I would like to start off by saying that my husband and I were new to home buying prior to our recent Pinehurst home purchase. There was so much we needed to be informed about, aspects of the business we would’ve never even considered if it wasn’t for Delina McKnight. I wouldn’t want to work with any other agent after our experience with Delina. When we first met she was extremely punctual, professional, personable, and possessed a wealth of knowledge that helped us new buyers. She made us feel so comfortable, as buying a home can be such a complex process. This attitude did not stop for the entire time she was with us. I couldn’t have been more thankful for her patience with us. My husband and I had a unique situation, we were home searching with distance and a baby on the way and Delina kept close communication with both of us, updating us early and frequent on new homes in the area. We were able to see what was available to us and she was QUICK. Another quality I greatly appreciate about her was her transparency. I value honesty and transparency and not once did I feel as though I was being being misdirected. If anything she kept us on track. If you have an idea in mind on where you want to live and the type of house you want they work well To show you the houses you prefer. Our real Estate worker shaughnessy was absolutely amazing. And nothing got past her eyes. It was such an incredible experience especially for us being first time buyer's And I highly recommend them.
