First to the Finish

The two young men working Monday afternoon, were amazing!!! We had been to at least 5 other stores looking for cleats, and this was our last chance.. Not only were they VERY helpful, the realized we had been looking for the wrong size for my son. They helped us find his size and they were actually on sale for a great price! Thank YOU SO VERY much for making this frantic mommas happy!! I'd give 10 stars of I could. You have a long term customer!

I don’t like to leave poor reviews but my experience with this company leaves me extremely disappointed. This has been going on for 9 months. I am a coach and my daughter competed in the Top Times indoor track meet earlier this year. The logo that I chose for my shirt was missing pieces unfortunately they didn’t adhere properly when done and I didn’t notice until later It also started to peel off after the first wash. I have been in communication with a couple different employees over the past few months and have been told numerous times that a replacement would be sent out but it never had been. Most recently, on October 23 I was told that they thought it was sent out but I have never heard back. Just a warning that their customer support, in my experience, is sub-par. Not only can I not wear it out in public to represent my daughter because it looks so tacky I spent almost $50 on the sweatshirt!

Decent discount store. There were two shelves that had select shoes for $25 any other shoe off that shelf was about $40. There wasn’t any size 11 basketball shoes for my husband and there were plenty of football cleats though. There also wasn’t many XXL options for men clothing.

Horrible service reps. Customer service needs an overhaul and those guys are clearly not happy with their jobs/lives.

I was beyond impressed with the sales associate! My daughter is a freshman in high school, runs cross country and track and field. She runs about 30ish miles a week, pronates and has Osgood schlatter knees. He took the time to help measure my daughter's feet and find the best shoes for her running. He was patient, thorough and had zero sales pressure. I Appreciate the professionalism and attention he gave to our needs. I highly recommend First to the Finish.

I purchased a t-shirt from them at a Race Marathon Expo. Price on the sleeves at $30. I was charged $40 before tax. They gave no receipt and there was no indication of price at the time. They emailed me a receipt and I saw the charge was $40, so I sent them an email regarding it which they ignored. I then called them and they said oh the sign was clearly posted that said $40 and offered to send a picture of it which of course doesn't prove it was there. Then the fellow claimed that well we tell everyone how much were charging to your card at the time which they certainly didn't. I wouldn't have minded paying $40 for it probably would have bought it anyway but it was not marked that way. On the phone they were curt and not very helpful, and they made it clear that I was trying to rip them off for $10. They claim no one else had complained and they'd sold hundreds of these shirts which I find difficult to believe and also the fact that they had a photo of the supposed sign ready to send that anyone who called makes me very suspicious. My suggestion is paying cash or CAVEAT EMPTOR with these people. Two stars because I still like the shirt.

The product selection at First to the Finish is large. The new location is perfect; it's so close to the bike trail, looks good, and has a lot more room. I really appreciate the employees here as they provide a lot of help about shoes and other questions I have had about equipment.

Called to get details about available shoes and was helped by Gunner. He couldn’t have been more helpful! He asked me great questions to help me determine exactly what I was looking for and wanted to accomplish with the shoes. He was not just extremely informative but also encouraging. Got exactly what I was needing and looking for with the shoe and service!

Showed up at 1030 and no one there despite signs saying it was open

I bought track spikes for my daughter and after we got home we realized they were used with a small hole in on of them and stained on the inside from sweaty socks. My daughter didn't mind though and it was too much hassle to go back to the store. I am assuming they would have reduced the $50 price had I complained.
