This place. L.o.v.e. it! I am a huge fan of Hokas because I am on my feet a lot. I came into town and took my parents here. None of us are runners. But my parents needed shoes that had good support. We walked in and were greeted instantly. We had to wait a few minutes because everyone was working with other customers. We took the time to look around and see what they had to offer. Jen came over and asked what they were looking for and then did a foot analysis so they could assess and see exactly what was needed. Jen was super professional the whole time. My mom found a pair of Hokas that they had in stock. Jen did bring out other types of shoes for my dad , but he was sold on the support that the Hokas had to offer. My dad found a pair of Hokas but wanted a different color. Jen offered shipping, and that was an easy peasy process. The store has a great variety, and you don't have to be a runner or track star to walk in here.
Just purchased my 2nd pair of shoes from Run Well. The staff knows EVERYTHING about every brand. They ask the right questions that ensure you go home with the right shoes. It’s so nice to get great service and advice without having to drive to “the big city”. We are fortunate to have Run Well and their excellent selection in our town.
I have had the pleasure of watching this business grow over several years working with the organization to put on events and to just go enjoy events in my free time. The events are second to none especially the New Year Resolution Runs. The gear they carry is incredible and every time I come to visit they seem to either have a new item or new brand that complements their mission to get more people off the couch and moving. They are the most welcoming group for both runners and beginners who are looking to start exercising more. I can't say enough good things and have always been very happy to spend my money supporting such a great business and community leader.
Jonah did an incredible job helping me find the right fit! I've struggled with foot pain for years from working in kitchens/serving, today was the first day I walked out of a shoe store pain free. I was able to run longer at the gym and felt stable in my lifts, highly recommend the professional and friendly service at this location!
Had the best experience getting fitted for shoes and even though I am a beginner runner I did not feel out of place whatsoever. Very welcoming environment with a staff that is knowledgeable and supportive. Was helped by Yak who gave me the rundown on everything I need to continue my running journey.
I can’t say enough great things about my experience here. I went in unsure of what I wanted and needed. Nick greeted me right away took time to listen to what I wanted and educate me on my needs. Had a nice selection of quality shoes for men and women. I will be going back.

Everyone who works there is so awesome,helpful and extremely nice! They answer all my questions and loved that they allow you to test the shoes out by taking them for a little spin! I will definitely be back!!

Amazing! I can finally walk again!!! I came into the store looking for new shoes but not sure what I would find. I was greeted by a kind woman, I think her name was Shannon. She was amazing! She was so knowledgable and kind! I have a lot of foot issues and she understood and was able to guide me to shoes that actually helped me walk better and made my feet feel good. Before I came to Run Well, my feet hurt constantly, I was limited in what I could do because it hurt to stand for long periods of time but since I received the amazing help that I did I am back to my old life, I exercise more, I can stand for long periods of time. I have never been happier!
