Should stop selling firearms. Been in twice to check stuff out and their sales team is more argumentative than helpful. Won't be back

Over priced and they never have what im looking for as far as spinners go they also dont sell gold minning equiptment . But the fresh salmon eggs are good

Awesome customer service! From help with guns and ammo, to helping me find the right cases for a few rifles I just bought at a different store!. I returned/exchanges 5 bags over 3 days, and I didn't get so much as an eye roll from them. I apologized for having to exchange one yet again, and they would insist that it was all good. They really impressed me with how eager they were to help me find exactly what I needed. They looked up stock at several stores, looked for sizes on the web, and we DID end up finding 3 rifle bags that fit perfectly! These guys have earned a loyal customer!

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"! "HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE "! After placing an order online for pickup in store I received a email confirmation of the order there was no more contacts from them. After waiting 12 days I reached out to customer service by email about the status of my order only to receive a email that my whole order was canceled and refunded without any further explanation! Prior to placing the order I called the Tigard Store to verify most of the items were in stock , but not all. There was approximately $174.00 for 12 items in the order and the outrageous shipping was well over $25 is why I chose to do the store pickup. I reached out to buddies that are guides to find out that they will not buy from Fisherman's Marine because of similar experiences. Fisherman's Marine never tried to address the issue or fulfill any part of the order or even address my concerns!!!

This is the best fishing supplies,tackle, outdoor clothing accessories etc there is here in the Pacific Northwest. Period! I’ve had a very pleasant experience at the Tigard location recently in the marine department. I was B looking for very particular things and the young man was very helpful and patient. Thank you!!

They hosted a free fishing seminar which was great for beginners. Huge turn out! They helds raffles and provided drinks and food. All of the staff were extremely helpful. Definitely coming back for future gear.
