I love this store! Every time I go there I have the BEST customer service experiences. There's always someone around to ask questions and they always go above and beyond. Today, the man in the plant department went way out of his way to be helpful and answer questions. Another time, a man in the hardware department took the time to explain their screw size display. Although they aren't as big as Lowe's or Home Depot, they actually have much nicer selections of certain items. I wish I'd gone here to buy my cabinet knobs and pulls! So many more to choose from than the other Big Box stores! They also have really nice faucets and way better looking plant pots than HD or Lowe's.

I love this store and shop there for business and myself. Debbie is wonderful every time I come in and she is a model employee and leader. The people and the service is excellent. I like the buyers for Orchard, some quality, some trend, some necessity, and this company is hiring the kind of people I like to work with when I am shopping. Keep it up Orchard!

Great place for me to pick up supplies on my way to the job site. Their prices are pretty much the same as the big boys. I can usually get in and out rather quickly in the morning, unlike the other places where it usually takes about an hour. Big time saver for me.

They might be closing but the one time I went in there the staff was just happy for it to be over. It’s like going to a funeral for someone no one really knew.

I will never set foot in a Lowe's or Home Depot again. When you walk in this place, you can just tell the difference. The employees are helpful. Everyone is smiling. The inventory is incredible. LOVE IT!

Hideous customer service. We bought some LED outdoor lights last December because they use less energy and last many years longer. We joined Club Orchard, as well, in part because we were told that one of the benefits is being able to get a receipt online if we couldn't find our original receipt. Brought the lights to the Customer Service desk, with the Club Orchard document. We were told that the item was coming up valued at .01 and that without a receipt we couldn't return the lights. Now, these are two sets of light that both went out within a couple days of each other. LED's. But the worst thing was that nobody apologized. Nobody tried to help us. Didn't even offer to swap these out for the sames ones in the store. I can't remember the last time someone actually working in "Customer Service" was so completely uncaring and discourteous. I asked if this $20 return of clearly defective products was worth losing all of our future business. Yes, evidently it is. We left Orchard and went over to Home Depot, where we have bought and returned dozens of things over the years and NEVER has any kind of problem at all. When businesses get arrogant enough to not care about customers, I'm not going to do business with them. I've owned a store. I would consider it a total failure on my part if any customer ever walked out of my business feeling as angry and disrespected as Judy and I did at Orchard Supply.

I have to say we were in for the first time today and we had a great experience, staff couldn't be nicer. Now granted I wasn't trying to return anything, Wonderful inventory. Lots of fun wandering through it .... more than a hardware store. Am only writing the review as I found this site wanting the phone number and happened to see the other two reviews.

If there were -10 stars that's what this place deserves! This place in Beaverton/Tigard interchange is horrible. One of the poorest customer service places that I have been to in a long long time!!! Stay on the highway and just go to Lowes or Home Depot, they strive to be good...this place doesn't!

I can see why it's going out of business, even the closeout prices are still more than the big box stores. Feel bad for the employees though.

We like Orchards. Always a friendly staff and the all know exactly where the things you came for are. Very well laid out store
