I had such an amazing experience every time at this store. The first time I went to buy a proposal ring for my partner and I had no idea what to expect. Hunter was extremely helpful and after describing to him what I thought I was looking for, he brought out multiple options that I ended up really liking. After I proposed, we went back to get myself an engagement ring which I thought was going to be a difficult process because I had no idea what I liked. Melanie helped us and I'm so glad she did. She was extremely patient and encouraging about all options I brought up. I'm so in love with my engagement ring and I really didn't think I would find something I liked as much as this. I never liked the traditional diamond ring look so when she mentioned that I could get a colored sapphire I was pretty excited. Melanie was more concerned about me having the perfect ring than the price of what I was buying, which was really comforting. After I decided I liked the black sapphire she even poited out that it matched my partner's ring, which is something I hadn't even thought about but it just made it that much more of a perfect choice. The third time we returned to get a wedding band to match my engagement ring and Hunter helped us again. He is really knowledgeable and both times I worked with him, he was able to help me narrow it down to a few options that fit my descriptions. We both love the rings we ended up with and we are so thankful to Hunter and Melanie for making these experiences great ones.
Ive been a happy customer of Shane’s for years. I bought my original weeding ring and over the years have upgraded it. I am currently having them redo a wedding ring that belong to my mother. I wouldn’t buy jewelry anywhere else
I love my engagement ring from Shane co. I had been looking for a a wedding band for a long time. I had a very specific thought that I wanted to go with. I did not see that on Shane cos site and I could not find any that was in my price range or fit with my ring. I decided to go into the store and see what options I had. I really loved that the person that helped me was really their to help and not sell a ring that I would not be happy with. The person I worked with was willing to think outside the box and modify the ring to what I wanted. I am vary excited to wear this ring set forever!
My fiancé and I had a family ring that we brought in to have the stones reset in a setting we picked out together. Olena was so incredibly helpful and sweet! When the appointment was almost done, she came back out to tell us that the jeweler had figured out our family ring was actually a Shane Co ring so she walked us through all of the reasons that was amazing news. She even reached out to her team to get values on each part of the ring so that we can take advantage of their diamond trade in benefit in the future if we want. She went above and beyond to make this such an enjoyable experience and made sure we are aware of every possible benefit of it being a Shane Co ring. Thank you, Olena! We can’t wait to come back in for wedding bands!
They helped me find a double band for my marquise shaped engagement ring, made lots of great recommendations. Quick turnaround for resizing and sautering them together. Highly recommend!
Shane Co. is incredible! My husband and I worked with Rachel to get a wedding anniversary gift, and she was so attentive, professional and thoughtful, without our interactions ever feeling pushy. She also offered to clean my wedding and engagement rings which aren't from Shane Co. and I was really impressed by that. Will definitely come back here for any future jewelry shopping!

Danni and Assad I think that’s his name were OUTSTANDING today. Assad got us started by explaining the grading process and everything about the market and then Danni continued to assist us with further honing our choice for the perfect ring. They were super genuine and caring and listed to what WE wanted. They didn’t have any input or suggestion other than on areas where we asked for specific advice. I will without a doubt be back in the near future to pick the ring for my special lady: they earned my business! Thank you for an outstanding experience!
Our entire experience here has been lovely. Dani was phenomenal and full of creative solutions when it came to creating the perfect engagement ring for me. Everyone was very kind and kept things fun and about finding the right ring, not trying to get us to spend more money. Shane Co seems to have broken the jewelry store mold in the best way. We came in with our ideal budget and some vauge ideas, and left 2 1/2 hours later with a one of a kind ring that was better than I could have imagined. Can't say enough good things about this place!
So much thanks to Rachel at the Shane Co in Tigard today. She was fantastic to work with and the ring looks as gorgeous as the day we bought it 8 years ago. Highly recommend!
