At Fit Chicks Boot Camp, the workouts are always fresh, varied and challenging! When designing your daily workouts, Katie Ly, owner of Fit Chicks Boot Camp, incorporates a unique mix of strength training, functional movements, and cardio conditioning drills along with the most effective principles of exercise science – such as muscle confusion and high intensity interval training – to give you a truly one-of-a-kind workout experience with unsurpassable results. The workouts keep changing so that YOU keep changing! No plateaus, only progress – period.
We workout indoors from November through mid-April and then we take the workouts outside in the fresh air and under the stars from mid-April through late October.
