FitELITE Bootcamp has been created to help people reach their lifestyle, health and fitness goals.
Course Description:
We will begin each class with a short lecture on the previous class material and movements. Athletes are expected to be ready 5-10 minutes in advance for this 6:30pm class. The intention of each session is for it to be physically challenging yet enjoyable and fun. Typically a session will start with a dynamic warm up using various mobility exercises designed to get your blood pumping and pulse rate up!
The main body of the session will comprise of combinations of strength and conditioning exercises employing body weight, kettlebells, pushing weighted sleds, medicine balls, plyoboxes, shuttle runs, band work, partner assisted exercises and many more. Exercises are performed for specific durations with short rest periods to allow you to change exercises and momentarily get your breath back! Each session finishes with a cool down and some static/developmental stretching.
What to Bring:
Participants should be prepared with water and a good pair of low profile shoes with which you can safely exercise in. You are welcome to bring your own mat for stretching and floor exercises, although we will have mats available for anyone that doesn’t have one.
