“Fit On All Levels” health and fitness program has been developed for everyday youth and adults that want to achieve higher levels of fitness and become more health conscious. Roland Taylor’s philosophy is that a proper nutrition plan coupled with calculated workouts routines will increase a client’s energy level and mental and physical function while decreasing ones chances of illnesses related to sedentary behaviors, i.e. (type 2 diabetes, hyper tension, coronary heart disease, etc.)
“Fit On All Levels” offers an array of classes for every level of fitness. There are beginner, intermediate and advanced classes all of which take the client to the next level. We understand the importance of fueling your workout and recovery so clients can visit our juice bar that offers the perfect pre and post workout drinks and smoothies. There are also meal plan options available for clients who need that extra nutritional guidance.
